Luke was very thorough, efficient knowledgeable and professional. He programmed my new garage remote control and my car garage door button with ease. He also inspected my garage door and made some adjustments and a tuneup that improved the smoothness of the garage door itself. He also wore holiday antlers with lights to add a little cheer to a cold December day.

Had an issue with the garage door not closing. Tried to fix the issue myself to no avail. After going over what i already did done the technician gave me some recommendations as to what needed to be done to help resolve the issue and make the door run smoother. After all was said and done, turns out the opener itself was the problem. Circuit board most likely. I could have waited a week and ordered a new board on Amazon but i just wanted the door to be fixed. So, a new head [opener] was suggested and i already had budgeted that before service was called. Now, not only does my door work properly, it is a thousand times quieter than the old. Thank you so much for timely service but for no nonsense pricing.

I called Precision Door to fix my broke garage door and they were able to come out the next day. Their tech Tim, explained what broke/failed and gave me three options to fix the problem. I chose the most expensive option, but he didn’t push it on me like a typical service person might do. He explained that I’d get a longer warranty and be switching out old parts with newer, more efficient parts as to why it was the most costly fix. Tim seemed like he really cared and it showed in his amazing work. I’ll highly recommend Precision Door to anyone having issues with their garage door!!!
