Great Service. Joe is an all star. He presented three options and we discussed pros and cons and made a decision based upon costs and needs. Joe had all the parts to make the repairs and he did the repairs within the hour and also upgraded the safety requirements for the the other garage door. Cost was fair and the quality of the new door spring application was a big upgrade. Thanks

We knew we needed to replace our more than 40-year-old garage door but didn't realize our spring was broken and therefore dangerous. Out of the 3 estimators who came to look at our door, 2 came promptly and bid quickly, but Precision was the only one that offered to put in a temporary spring without charge to hold us until our door could be installed 6 weeks later (it actually got installed in 4 weeks). The other companies just told us we had a big problem and needed a new door and recommended we park our car outside until then. Precision sent a technician quickly to put in the temporary spring so we could park our car in the garage while waiting for the installation. Every person we dealt with at Precision was helpful, courteous, friendly, meticulous, and nice to work with. Their emails and confirmations of appointments and what to expect were excellent -- very clear and timely. Gary, our installer today, sanitized everything he touched after the installation because of the COVID-19 situation. We are so impressed with this company and all of its staff. I am so pleased with Precision that i highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new garage door!

Very happy with my service experience. Not only did they answer the phone promptly when I called, the service rep was at the house in under 20 minutes and fixed the issue right away. Precision installed the door in question and the minor issue was fixed under warranty. I would definitely recommend Precision for new doors or repairs. Very professional and friendly.

I was so pleased that Precision was able to send a tech out the same day, as my garage door chain sprocket was broken and springs worn. I was not able to open it manually. Joe came out at the time expected, explained and gave me options for repair or replacement. He was very professional and personable. It made for a pleasant experience when so many times home repairs are a pain. And I love my new, nearly silent garage door opener! Thank you!

Contacted Precision Door because the door spring broke. Paul was at the house within 2 hours and replaced the spring. He was very professional and courteous while here, and explained everything he did, plus he left us with an estimate to replace both doors and openers with no pressure to purchase. Something which was most welcome as I hate pushy salesmen. Precision Doors will certainly be high on our list when we replace the doors later this year. They come highly recommended and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
