Paul visited us today to discuss our garage door needs. He made some very astute observations about its workings and was very honest in his evaluation of our garage door needs. My wife, Debbi, and I were very appreciative of his honest assessment of how our garage door worked, and what it needed to function properly. They have as a motto that they are "a neighborly company" and Paul exhibited that with his genuinely friendly and courteous service. Should we ever require a garage door service in the future we will always, without hesitation, rely on Precision Door Service to fulfill that need.

Precision Garage Door installed our new gorgeous doors last year. I noticed that one of them was not going up all the way on the track and called this morning. They had a tech over within a couple of hours and he had the minor change fixed quickly but still did a full review of all parts of the door just to see if anything else needed looked at. Mike was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All work/parts are covered under warranty. Is a pleasure to do business with a company like this. Thank you!

We have seen Precision commercials on the TV several times, so it was a no brainer to call when our spring broke. Needless to say, I was discouraged when the technician quoted me new prices. However, with the warranty that came with the package we chose, we knew he made the right choice in doing so. Thank you

Called on a Sunday at 1:15p, and the garage door was fixed by 3:15p. Both the phone associate, and the field technician, Trey Hornbuckle, were super courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Two thumbs up! Communication was prompt and helpful from the first call, through updates about the tech’s arrival time, through the service visit. The tech, Scott, was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it well and fixed it promptly. It’s a hassle when your garage door quits, but the repair with Precision was smooth and affordable.
