Today, my garage door would not close and I was in a panic. I could not figure out how to manually close and Google was no help. I called Precision Door Service and spoke to a live person within one minute. They sent Sean C. out with a window in the afternoon but he was running early and was there before I knew it. This is a good thing, since I had to sit out in the garage and wait. He was extremely kind and professional. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and had it fixed in less than an hour. I have had some less than positive experiences with repairmen and such so I wasn't expecting such an amazing experience. This company is the real deal. Repair price was reasonable as well. He let me know that my garage door opener was getting old, but should last me a little longer. I can assure any reader of this review, that I am 100% calling upon this company to replace it when it's time. I cannot sing their praises any louder!!! Kudos to such a well run and helpful business!!!!

Sean arrived on time and got right to work. A super nice guy and a skilled and efficient repairman. He replaced two springs, two end bearings, and the center bearing. When the parts were replaced he tensioned the springs, lubed the door wheels, and then manually checked the door operation. All good. Then he checked the electrical door operation and all was good. Awesome! I’m happy to report the garage door now operates better than it has in years. Thanks, Sean!
