We chose Precision after reading sooo many absolutely wonderful online reviews! Joe Isla arrived early and after thoroughly examining our rickety 27-year old opener, helped us choose the perfect new opener. He worked soooo diligently and soooo quickly and then patiently showed us how everything worked and he even took time to program the new opener into our Volvo! Wonderful, friendly, incredibly smart and amazingly speedy tech who left us with a terrific, QUIET new garage door opener and showed us how everything works. Ten star review!

Called them because their website said that they answer the phones 24/7 and can be out to the house quickly. Called them on Thursday night because the garage door spring broke and they were here Friday morning to fix it. The system was very old and they inspected it before they started working and made suggestions on other things that could be updated, showing us the problems and why they were making those suggestions. Ended up replacing more parts, but now the system will last for many more years, has a great warranty, and we won't have to call them out again next year. The employees were great, on time, and made sure to keep us updated on when they would arrive. We didn't feel pressured to make the other changes they suggested and it was a great service visit.

Our garage door springs broke as we were about to leave for vacation. I called Precision and they were able to get us in early the next day. Jason our tech was amazing! He showed up early, had excellent communication, educated us on the multiple issues we had. We opted to get a whole new door opener, springs, hardware. (Our old garage opener was 21 years old and we have an oversized garage door.) We were extremely impressed and have already referred a neighbor to Precision.

Hunter arrived promptly at the designated time, was very quick and professional in assessing the problem. The basic price he showed me was very reasonable, and I selected to go with an upgrade package that I felt was reasonably priced as well. Our garage door and remotes were originally installed by Precision Door so we called them when the remotes stopped working. Technician Lucas arrived at the agreed time and was very thorough checking everything and getting things back to tip top shape. A very satisfying experience.

Even though I called after 5:00, they answered the phone. I explained my problem and they were able get out here next day. Service person was nicely a couple minutes early. He was able to repair in less than 15 minutes and set me up with an extra remote. They are the only company I would call. Five plus stars .

I appreciated that we semi-"escalated" the appointment since I had invested $1000 for all new parts with a 10-year warranty in September 2023 which resulted in a "no charge fee" for today (normally with a warranty there is a base fee to pay). Luke had another technician with him, but Luke being one of the main trainers for Precision pointed out many flaws that were from the original installation and fixed issues that may or may not have been noticed (that should have been corrected?) back in September 2023. So got some answers to why the relapse happened but additional answers to why my garage system keeps "failing". Another discovery was how the track bar was rubbing against the top of the door itself due to the lower ceiling. I am glad there is a company that can take responsibility for their work, but also be professional to inform me of how the work of initial installation was completed and why the issues came about again. I think the project itself was more than ever anticipated, but I would honestly rather have Luke service all 20 of our garage units over the original installation company (unnamed) to help guarantee the work will last 15 to 20 years since it only has been 8 years. Showed how to properly apply lubricant spray to joints and pin areas of the rollers. Took additional time to fix the wall-mounted remote to fix the electrical line and secure it more properly to the wall.

I had two technicians Luke and Steven who worked on my garage doors. One door had stopped working altogether. They replaced the springs and other parts on both doors and serviced them, gave me a 10-year guarantee on the parts. Luke was personable, explained everything that would be done, gave me a free can of garage door lubrication with instructions to lubricate 2 times a year. Our Lift Master garage door opener after 22 years decided to give up but Precision Doors was caring they sent Hayden Out to install our new Lift Master the same afternoon, now that’s what I call SERVICE! Hayden is very professional and caring he made the job look easy and our car would not connect to the system however he wanted to give complete/excellent service and he said he would be back the next day with answers, my car connected so no problem, he came with Hunter and together they found BMW was the issue they didn’t upgrade the 2015 car as they said but these two caring professionals did find a solution and solved our issue Hayden is so outstanding he won’t stop until everything is 100% perfect and customer is happy! He’s a very efficient young man we appreciated how he explained everything to us. Do call and use Precision Doors they don’t stop until your job is 100% complete to the customers liking.

the repair person was timely and perform the replacement of the broken spring. Because the garage door is 20+ years old we had the rollers replaced and new cable/drums. We notice that there was some popping from the wheels after a few days and I noticed issues with the cable and drums. I called Precision to have them look at the issue under warranty, they sent a person out and the issue is corrected.
