Eric was the technician that installed my cable driven garage door opener. I chose Precision because they installed my double wide garage door opener 9 years ago. Eric was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the installation so it was understandable to me. He was quick to diagnose a problem with cables that were worn and recommended replacement on the install 9 years ago that were warranted. Eric is a credit to Precision. You are fortunate to have him as an employee. Thank you.

I called on a Saturday when I my garage door failed. Travis was here within 2 hours of my call and had it repaired in no time. I was offered three options, Travis also called when he thought he might be delayed due to traffic on the bridge. I would like to thank Joe for giving us a quote on a new door, opener, and keypad. Our old garage door was approx. 20 years old and had seen better days. We went with a door with windows and it looks so nice plus I really like the natural light coming in!Joe was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would also like to thank CJ for his work in installing the new door, opener and keypad. He did a great job! We love our new door and opener. It's so quiet compared to the old door! Love the fact that we can download an app that will allow us to open and close the garage door from anywhere.

I can't say enough about what a great experience we had with Precision. We called on a Sunday morning and had our garage door fixed by 1PM...including damage that we didn't even know existed. Found Precision through a Google search and after comparing prices and reviews I decided to go with them. Glad I did. I needed a torsion spring replaced and an upgrade on a garage door opener. Paul gave us wonderful service. Called ahead to see if he could come a half hour earlier than planned. We had family members try their hand at it, which was very dangerous and not according to manufacture’s instruction warnings: “Can cause serious injury or death” and “...must be made by a trained service person using proper tools and instructions” EXCELLENT!!! Call them first!!!

I want to thank Joe Igla for his excellent customer service! He was here fast and on time. He was very professional yet personable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed and gave me three options so I could choose what would fit my financial capabilities. When he needed to add parts for an unforeseen problem, he spoke with me first and explained why. For someone who was working on a holiday, he had the best attitude! Contacted Precision Door because the door spring broke. Paul was at the house within 2 hours and replaced the spring. He was very professional and courteous while here, and explained everything he did, plus he left us with an estimate to replace both doors and openers with no pressure to purchase. Something which was most welcome as I hate pushy salesmen. Precision Doors will certainly be high on our list when we replace the doors later this year. They come highly recommended and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
