Contacted Precision Door because the door spring broke. Paul was at the house within 2 hours and replaced the spring. He was very professional and courteous while here, and explained everything he did, plus he left us with an estimate to replace both doors and openers with no pressure to purchase. Something which was most welcome as I hate pushy salesmen. Precision Doors will certainly be high on our list when we replace the doors later this year. They come highly recommended and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Eric was the technician that installed my cable driven garage door opener. I chose Precision because they installed my double wide garage door opener 9 years ago. Eric was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the installation so it was understandable to me. He was quick to diagnose a problem with cables that were worn and recommended replacement on the install 9 years ago that were warranted. Eric is a credit to Precision. I was so pleased that Precision was able to send a tech out the same day, as my garage door chain sprocket was broken and springs worn. I was not able to open it manually. Joe came out at the time expected, explained and gave me options for repair or replacement. He was very professional and personable. It made for a pleasant experience when so many times home repairs are a pain. And I love my new, nearly silent garage door opener! Thank you!
