My garage door would not close all of the way. I called Precision and a repair person ( Brian) came the same day. He fixed the problem and even blew out the garage to clean it. He was very nice and friendly. Great to work with Thanks

We have been using Precision for a long time. It's a great company that we highly recommend. They arrive as planned, are fast and efficient, and leave the area clean. We just had Bryan S. come out to do repairs and he did a great job. Was super nice to chat with and answered all our questions.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work done by the two extremely friendly and professional workers. I called yesterday to have a malfunctioning opener checked and today I have two new openers! No, I was not forced into getting them. They were old and would need replacing soon anyway. They were finished in about three hours, and explained the operation of the doors very clearly, and set all the new codes. I could not be happier with their work and the quality of the products. Thanks, guys, very much!!!

Precision Garage Door Service was recommended to us by friends who had a new garage door and garage door opener installed recently and we’re very happy with the product and service. Cody Moss, Designer & Estimator, provided superb service for us. Prior to arriving at our home, Cody sent to us brochures of options to discuss. At our garage, Cody reviewed all of the considerations for the work, took detailed measurements, explained the differences in the door selection options, answered all of our questions and presented us with detailed written bid to do the work. We were very impressed with Cody’s professionalism and our friends’ experience and have hired Precision Garage Door Service to do the job.

The springs, rollers and cables all gave out on my garage door. The Precision Team (Scott, along with another fellow who is still in training - I didn't catch his name) did a great job of assessing the needs, informing me of my options , and ultimately replacing the old broken parts with new, more solid parts. They were friendly and worked non-stop until the job was done. I would recommend them and call them back for other repairs or replacements in the future.

Luke and Beau were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They fixed the problem with our garage door quickly and easily and offered options for down the road should we wish to enhance our garage door some day. They were quick and efficient as well.

Stephen Curtis moved my appointment from the next day to a late afternoon repair visit. He did a compete survey and made thorough repair recommendations with options. He made the repairs that I chose and explained what was done and why. He also tested an old door opener for me that I appreciate. Stephen is a valued technician for this company that I would use again.

Hi, I enjoyed working with Hayden. He did a very good job and made sure everything worked to his and my satisfaction. He taught me when and how to maintain all the working parts. All the parts he used are of good quality and quality is what I want in a product. Today was a very good experience and I will use your company for future needs. Thank you, Jim

I am a repeat customer. In 2021, I hired Precision Garage Door of Portland to replace the spring on our roll-up door because the technician did an excellent job, I had them come out to service our door. Jason showed up on time and did an exceptional job inspecting the door to ensure it worked properly. Jason patiently explained what he found and gave me several options to fix the issues he found. I recommend Precision Garage Door of Portland for all your garage door needs.

The housing on my garage door's sensor was damaged, and Scott K. was sent to repair it. He was fast, kind, professional and (most of all), patient with all my questions. I'm glad to now have Precision as the company who takes care of my garage door issues.

Stephen did a great job for us on a Sunday morning, replacing a broken spring and bearings on our garage door, tightening up the hinges and doing the needed servicing and adjustments. He was prompt, courteous, and clearly explained all we needed to know about the work he did and ongoing maintenance we can do ourselves to keep our garage door in good working order.

Absolutely awesome service. Brian and Beau came to my house as promised, on time. There's nothing as disheartening as coming home from work and realizing your garage door doesn’t work. I drove to one of the home supply stores near by hoping for quick help. As I was waiting there, with nobody showing up to help me, I went to Google and searched. In no time I was able to book appointment online for the same day. I walked out of the said store before anyone came to help me. Brian came by with Beau, both professional and Brian was so knowledgeable. He provided me with 3 different options, not trying to sell anything but just providing the facts which I appreciated so much. How many times do you get people who give you options without making you feel a pressure to get the most expensive one? Brian was the ultimate professional providing me with useful tips. In one hour my garage door was fixed and I couldn’t be happier. Beau showed me what to use if I wanted to do the maintenance myself (stop laughing, I’m a woman, I never knew you had to do maintenance on a garage door). I truly recommend this company and these guys. Price was absolutely fair and service was outstanding.

Both Brian S and Beau J arrived quickly, examined the problem, and presented options to repair my garage door in a clear and precise manner. They came prepared to fix my door and worked with a professional attitude. I am pleased with the results of their work and enjoyed working with them. Thanks to both gentlemen.

Precision Door is fantastic! We called on a Friday evening after hours when our garage door failed (several times) and they were able to come to our home the next day. Joe called ahead and was fantastic! After he assessed our situation and gave us several options to choose from, he was able to replace our garage door opener, track and key pads. He was very helpful, courteous, and on a very hot day, quick. Thank you Precision Door, we have worked with you in the past and will always call you first.

This is our first time working with Precision Door Service. The technician (Max or Mack) was excellent. His attention to detail was amazing. He gave us a quick review of the remedy to get our garage door working properly. He completed our repairs in a short amount of time. It has been a long time since I"ve had someone come to our home to complete repairs and when he left I knew we were given excellent service and our garage door will be working for years to come. Thanks Precision Door Service!
