I would like to thank Joe for giving us a quote on a new door, opener, and keypad. Our old garage door was approx. 20 years old and had seen better days. We went with a door with windows and it looks so nice plus I really like the natural light coming in!Joe was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would also like to thank CJ for his work in installing the new door, opener and keypad. He did a great job! We love our new door and opener. It's so quiet compared to the old door! Love the fact that we can download an app that will allow us to open and close the garage door from anywhere.

I can't say enough about what a great experience we had with Precision. We called on a Sunday morning and had our garage door fixed by 1PM...including damage that we didn't even know existed. We have a curious kid who was very interested in what was going on and the technician explained everything to him in a thoughtful and kind way that made a great impression on my son, myself and my family. I can't say enough!

Found Precision through a Google search and after comparing prices and reviews I decided to go with them. Glad I did. I needed a torsion spring replaced and an upgrade on a garage door opener. Luke was awesome and professional, provided me options for each and had it all done in a few hours. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service! One of our doors was opening lopsided and another was stopping halfway through opening. Both repaired and under warranty. Both doors now open smoothly now and make little noise. Our repairman was thorough and did high quality work. Thank you!

Paul gave us wonderful service. Called ahead to see if he could come a half hour earlier than planned. We had family members try their hand at it, which was very dangerous and not according to manufacture’s instruction warnings: “Can cause serious injury or death” and “...must be made by a trained service person using proper tools and instructions” EXCELLENT!!! Call them first!!!

The door works better then it ever has. Explained in detail what needed to be repaired. He also aligned the tracks better then they were so it glides much better. He cleaned up the area after the repair. Exceptional job.

I want to thank Joe Igla for his excellent customer service! He was here fast and on time. He was very professional yet personable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed and gave me three options so I could choose what would fit my financial capabilities. When he needed to add parts for an unforeseen problem, he spoke with me first and explained why. For someone who was working on a holiday, he had the best attitude! Cheerful, courteous, honest and kind! I only wish there were more young people out there with his attitude and work ethic-how refreshing! My garage door came down onto the cars bumper which messed up the door closing. I called at 8 AM and with in the hour there was a technician at my house. They made a suggestion that I replaced my old rollers. It was a no brainer to have my old rollers replaced. The price included the service call and adjustments. I saved over two dollars and my door is the quietest it’s ever been.

I give up, everytime I enter the information, one item is missing and I have to do the entire thing over again. You need a better system. I am not going to do it again.
