Paul - my door esitmator was AMAZING! Platinum level service! He was kind, knowledage, and demonstrated empathy. He truly has a gift of being a good listener and understanding a clients needs. The knowledge he has gained from working in the industry 20+ years is second to none! Words can't describe Paul's excellent personal skills! What I appreciated the most was after listening to my concerns he gave me a recommendation for my garage door based on if it was his own home. There is no better way to gain my confidence then to make a recommendation to me based on if it was your house. He is the expert in the industry! Travis C was my technician who performed the repairs on my garage door. Travis was a true blessing! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He was extremely thorough when explaining the 3 different options that were available to fix my garage door. His work was impeccable and I truly appreciate how he showed me everything he had done when the job was finished. Precision Door recently replaced my original, wood garage door. Prior to this I had spoken with Paul B to figure out what door would best provide what I was looking for. Paul was extremely helpful in guiding me towards the right product and one that was within my budget. I was very happy with his professional approach CJ F was the person who installed the new door. Similarly, CJ's approach was professional and the quality of the installation was spot on. Both Paul and CJ were personable as well as professional and I was happy with my decision to hire Precision Door. I would recommend them to others in a heartbeat....

Just got my 2 springs replaced! The original springs I had broke after about 7 years of use. I replaced them through a contractor from Home Depot(shouldn't have). Those springs lasted less than 2 years!!! Springs were basically JUNK! *****Precision Door Service***** 5 STARS for sure Amazing people from the agent on the phone to the technicians that came to the house. Amazing service - The 2 technicians that came to the house knew every aspect of the garage door mechanisms. Not just the torsion springs, they were clear about explaining door balance, pulleys, rollers, cables, and how everything is supposed to function together. Simple things, but make a big difference if not done with Precision!! The door opening and closing never sounded quieter and smoother. The price I was quoted over the phone is what I ended up paying. Thank you, sorry I forgot your names, but you know who you are... If garage problems ever come up in a conversation I will for sure mention your company and my experience.

I literally called for a service 2 hours ago. Joe drove here, completed the basic service on 18 year old door, made the necessary tune-ups, added a surge protector and was kind enough to not only listen to an additional request to look at a future door but complete a quote for options inside that same 2 hour window!
