I called on a Sunday afternoon and the repair person arrived 1 hour later calling me 1/2 hour before he arrived. He did a complete survey of the job and gave me a quote and expected time frame for completion. He was very professional and I would recommend the services of Precision door services to any one who has a garage door issue. Jacob Johnson (Tech) was extremely efficient and answered all of my questions. It was a relief dealing with a pro.

Response time was great. No add for Sunday service and Brian was thorough, not just looking at the issue but doing a full inspection and walking through all options and recommendations in detail before start. Brian arrived within the estimated window and the repair time was much faster than I anticipated.

Cody Moss was quick and to the point and very easy to work with garage doors seem to be one of those items that have you captured in their name their price, however, Precision's the best value I've found to date...

Thank you to Steven for his professionalism and expertise. He responded quickly when I locked myself out of the garage and arrived early. He resolved the problem and went above and beyond to inspect and make adjustments to our older door. He even reprogrammed a keypad that hasn’t worked in years. The door works better than ever and the new remotes and keypad are a big improvement. He made some excellent recommendations for maintaining our system in the future. Steven is a real asset to your company! Thank you.

The whole process with seamless. I booked online and the technician arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and he wasn't pushy. I was able to make a choice based on the recommended options and chose to go with option C. I am very satisfied.

Very quick response to come and fix my broken springs and cables! Car was stuck in garage, and I was out by the end of the day. I went ahead and purchased a new motor as well and I love it so much! My technician was very professional, friendly and hard-working. Thank you!

Precision has serviced our old garage door for some time. Recently it would not close and they had a repairman, Chuck, out very quickly. He determined that some of the parts had worn out but it could be repaired. Chuck stayed several hours to be sure it would close for the night. He was very courteous and did a great job. Absolutely recommend Precision.

Our garage door spring broke on Saturday afternoon. Jacob arrived on time at 10:00 AM Sunday morning. He replaced the broken spring and other parts, check all points and serviced other door components. Also replaced light bulbs and programmed a remote controller. Excellent work.

Precision was able to fix our garage door so quickly after we called. The repair man was very knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done was fully stocked with anything he needed for our repair. He left the garage the way he found it and didn’t leave any loose parts or cabling on the floor. I would highly recommend Precision!

Your technician could not have been more professional or nicer. He fixed our old 23 year old door and it works better than ever. He gave us a very precise estimation and several options as to how we could proceed with the repairs and then fixed all the problems. You are lucky to have such a young man in your employ.

The quote I got from the 24/7 support service was less than half of what the actual fee was. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable and provided great service, but I felt stuck having to choose between 3 options that were all more than double the quote from the call taker. I’m sure I got a good product but it did not feel like a truthful disclosure.

Precision did a great job getting my garage door operational again after a spring broke and some parts got bent and damaged. The technician presented me with several options, did a great job explaining everything and got parts installed and working again quickly. I'll definitely use them when I'm ready to upgrade my system.

Ok, unusual for me as I dont do reviews, my theory is if you aren’t confident about your services, dont rely on me to fix it HOWEVER, That was not the case with this job. I give you 5 stars………..the weather was incredibly hot and this door was in direct sun so your installer Josh was adamant about getting the job done even though I mentioned it could be delayed until a morning install, however he decided to install. I would look to increase this guys salary because he was very conscientious and it looks like he did a great job under very difficult circumstances. That’s it, you got more out of me than most people but so far great job. As it was 98 plus in direct sun we did not program the keyless entry pad as I told him I would look into it later when cooler.

The service tech (Joe) arrived exactly on time and quickly reviewed all potential options for our garage door. We definitely need a new opener system, he was ready with appropriate options. Once we selected the opener he immediately went to work removing the existing (failed 30 year old opener) and installing the new one. Joe's instructions on the new opener's use were excellent. For a little additional expense Joe completely replaced all rollers and bearings on the door to make the new opener more quiet and efficient. The best that door has operated in 20 years. Excellent customer service.
