I discovered that I had a broken spring on a Monday (of coarse). They were able to come the next day to fix it. The quoted prices were reasonable and I liked having multiple options. My door was old and badly in need of service so I opted for the complete overhaul package. The work was done in about an hour and the 10 year warranty gives me some much needed piece of mind. All in all I'm very happy with the quality of the work, the cost, and the speedy service. I would gladly recommend Precision.

This company and the people that work for it are just awesome!!! We were gathering a few quotes and precision was the least expensive, and we didn't sacrifice service or quality. The service from sales to installation was smooth. They were very helpful at recommending some ways to help keep water out of the garage besides the wonderful new doors. My only issue is they only do garage doors because I would hire them for every repair job. A wonderful experience and great value.

I called and asked for an estimate for a new belt driven opener system. They arrived a few hours later. Our technician, Joe Igla was professional, had all the gear necessary in the van, and less than 2 hours later, the system worked to perfection. Our installer, Tim, arrived within the timeframe given and did an excellent installation. He also educated us on lubricating the rollers and hinges 1-3 times yearly. He was personable. We are extremely pleased with the appearance and operation of our new double car garage door.

When he was done, Brian instructed me on how and where to lube the door to keep it running smoothly. He went through the warranty info. He is super thorough which I appreciated. In addition, he’s a personal young man and a beautiful singing voice!

Joe was awesome! The window for him to be at my house was from 8-10am. He called me at 7:40am to say he was on his way. He got here right at 8:00am! My garage door stopped working on Thursday and he was here Saturday! Joe knew immediately what the problem was and fixed the faulty sensor wires on the spot! He was done by 8:25am. Very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be using this company in the future! Thanks again Joe!!!!!!!

I knew of Precision from local advertising and an excellent review. I called around 4:30pm on a Thursday and they came the next day. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. The repairs were done in a very timely manner and a very good cleanup was done. There was also a 10 year warranty for my repair.
