Ugh. Friday night and my garage door fails, with one car in, the other out. Seems as though the spring broke and, of course, the door is too heavy to lift manually. Called Precision Saturday morning, and not only can they be there in 2 hours but within another couple of hours, Joe has repaired the door, replaced the springs and upgraded my old, beater door opener. Precision's warranty treated us well....Thanks!

Precision Garage Door Service earned my 5 star rating by the way they handled the appointment and the actual service. Jesse took my call for an appointment and promptly made an appointment for the next day with the explanation that the diagnostic charge would be $49 and any service needed would be additional--very straight forward! Joe made the service call and notified me of his findings. He was very clear answering my questions and explaining how the sensors operate with the moter and the remote. After the repair I received another call confirming that everything was in working order. Very professional! Thank you!

We selected a Carriage House cedar door to replace an ordinary one painted the color of our house. Since the garage dominates the view of the house from the street, we felt like having a classy door would do more than anything else to improve the curb appeal. It worked - and the new door exceeds our wildest expectations. The staff at Precision recommended a painter to stain the door - Eric Hernanz. He did a beautiful job, carefully matching the color to the mahogany deck and fence. The installation was fast and efficient, and the door works perfectly. The only minor issue was a longer than expected delay in getting it all finished - apparently due to the shipping time from the manufacturer. But it was worth the wait. We highly recommend Precision for replacement doors.

These guys are AMAZING! Hunter just installed a new garage door opener this morning. Hunter came prepared with three options for a new opener. He didn’t pressure me to buy the most expensive option. He presented the options and went with the option I chose. He made fast work taking out the old opener and placing the new one! I highly recommend this company!

I used Precision for repairs on my garage door at my previous address so knew their work and reputation. Hunter is an excellent technician and extremely personable. He explained everything he did in detail and answered all my questions. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage repairs, rebuilding or a new garage door setup. Hunter checked everything and replaced the motor, springs, rollers and cables. Works like a dream and is no longer slow and noisy. What a pleasure that is.

Hunter is a real gem. I wanted to get a garage door opener. Unfortunately, my garage is very old and there isn't enough room to install one. Hunter serviced my garage door and adjusted everything to make it easier to open. I highly recommend Precision. Thanks Hunter and office staff.
