Contacted Precision Door because the door spring broke. Paul was at the house within 2 hours and replaced the spring. He was very professional and courteous while here, and explained everything he did, plus he left us with an estimate to replace both doors and openers with no pressure to purchase. Something which was most welcome as I hate pushy salesmen. Precision Doors will certainly be high on our list when we replace the doors later this year. They come highly recommended and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Eric was the technician that installed my cable driven garage door opener. I chose Precision because they installed my double wide garage door opener 9 years ago. Eric was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the installation so it was understandable to me. He was quick to diagnose a problem with cables that were worn and recommended replacement on the install 9 years ago that were warranted. Eric is a credit to Precision. I called on a Saturday when I my garage door failed. Travis was here within 2 hours of my call and had it repaired in no time. I would like to thank Joe for giving us a quote on a new door, opener, and keypad. Our old garage door was approx. 20 years old and had seen better days. We went with a door with windows and it looks so nice plus I really like the natural light coming in!Joe was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would also like to thank CJ for his work in installing the new door, opener and keypad. He did a great job! We love our new door and opener. It's so quiet compared to the old door! Love the fact that we can download an app that will allow us to open and close the garage door from anywhere.
