My old garage door opener motor died after 22 years. The gears and the capacitor were shot. Hunter replaced the whole mechanism, including a new, much quieter belt drive. He explained very clearly what he did, and why. He was very courteous and professional.

Precision's service is off the charts. I called for service around 7:30 AM and was told a repair rep would arrive between 8 to 10 AM. Travis called to say he was on the way at 9:15. arrived at 9:30, conducted a thorough assessment of all three doors, wrote up a fair priced estimate, and completed the work within an hour. In my book Precision gets 6 stars.

Large Garage Door Spring broke in the morning. By noon Precision was on hand to replace the broken spring. AS usual Precision was quick to respond with very timely and efficient service. We found out Easter Sunday afternoon that we couldn't open our garage door because the string broke. We called at 2:00 our call was immediately answered and the service tech Paul was at our house within a few hours. He replaced the springs and some other 30 year old parts, tuned up everything and our door is a good as new. No extra cost for it being a holiday and now we can get our car out of the garage and people can get to work and meeting tomorrow morning.
