I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received by Precision. I came home to a broken spring which wouldn’t allow my door to open. Called Precision and they came out the same day and kept in contact about arrival time of the technician. Luke Dials was the tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the door, etc and laid out my options. He then made all the repairs in a very efficient and timely manner. Great experience with Precision and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone !

Quick response time to my phone call for service & repair of the garage door. The new to us home & garage door needed multiple parts replaced, some panels realigned & tech's eye to get the door working & have a 3 year warrantee on the replacement parts. I called at 8:15AM & tech arrived at 11:30. Condition of door & controller inspected, repairs completed 2 & half hours later. I will call Precision, again, when & if needed.

The spring on my garage door broke suddenly, late one evening. I called Precision Door Service early the following morning and they were able to schedule service to replace the spring right away. Joe, the technician, called ahead to tell me he would arrive at about 9:00 am and was there right on time. I knew the costs up front and Joe was extremely polite and explained everything that needed to be done. I had done business with Precision 17 years previously and had been happy with the service then and I wasn't disappointed this time either.

Paul L. came to our house yesterday with the original scope of work to fix a broken garage door opener. Called on Sunday expecting to get a recorded message on their hours of operation when a live person answered the phone. She offered services on Sunday with no surcharge for weekends or emergencies. Absolutely a 5 star business! We could not open our garage door on Sunday morning in the middle of Memorial Day weekend. Who to call? We found Precision's fantastic web page and called. Our call was answered by a live person and we were scheduled for a service call the same day. Amazing for a holiday weekend! A short time later the repairman called to inform us he was on his way. Our garage door was evaluated, we were given an explanation of the repair needed along with some suggested maintenance items. Our garage door was back in full operation by mid afternoon. Brad, the technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and professional and replaced not only the broken part but also investigated and diagnosed and fixed the root problem with the door installation that was causing the stress on the hinge in the first place.
