Our garage door has always functioned flawlessly but suddenly would not open. I called Precision at 9:00pm and spoke to a gentleman who scheduled the technician to arrive at 7:30am the next morning. The two workers arrived on time. They were professional, friendly and patiently answered my questions. They diagnosed the problem and had the correct parts in their van. My garage door was not opening due to a broken spring. It was past 5pm, and most places were closed except for Precision Door Service. I have never used them however, I needed my garage door repaired asap. Precision sent Luke and Curtis, the next day to repair my garage door. They were both friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They took their time and did a great job! They set an appointment for the next day and showed up at the scheduled time. The service technician was very professional and friendly. He studied the issue and gave me a number of option for replacement. Completed the installation in a little over an hour, help program my car and walked me through all the features.
