Our garage door spring broke. So gave Precision a call. Lou was the scheduler and was able to set me up with a technician that afternoon. Tim, the technician called us to let us know he was on his way. After arriving, he discussed issue and went over options. Tim was great. He performed his work and got the door working again. Greased the rollers and hinges and recommended an annual checkup. He was very professional and didn't mind me watching him do his job. We've used Precision for all our garage door work and they've never disappointed us. Thanks again.

The Gentleman that came was very nice but I was charge $250 for 35 minutes worth of work. He replace 2 cables and tightened up the Springs. I recommend shopping around because their prices are outrageous.
