Excellent service from beginning to end. I called two other services first and couldn't reach a person - just a recording that wouldn't accept messages and an answering service that couldn't help me. Precision answered their phone promptly (answered by a human) and scheduled a service appointment a few hours later. The technician, Hunter, called me 30 minutes before arrival to confirm. He arrived on time and he was professional and thorough. He fixed the problem with my garage door, he explained several options to me, and he showed me how I could oil the door myself. I felt the cost was very reasonable and I will definitely call Precision again when I need any help with my garage door. Thank you!

We had a garage door spring break on a late Friday night, and I called on Saturday morning to make an appointment to get it fixed. I wasn't expecting to get the spring fixed until the following week, but your customer service said no problem, we can get someone out there today. Joe arrived about a half an hour ahead of schedule. In addition to having the garage door springs replaced, we had Joe just do a complete service on both our large garage door and our smaller third bay door (replace rollers and bearings). Amazing what that did; the doors are super quite. No squeaking! Our neighbor found out we were having service done on our doors, and asked if Joe had time to look at their door (it wasn't closing properly). Joe made a quick phone call and was able to fit them into his schedule at the same time, and got their door fixed. Awesome company; I would highly recommend them!

I'm really not happy with the Brand New Garage Door Opener installed in my garage. The reason why was the chord of this new Garage Door Motor was so short and your Technician asked me to buy an extension chord to reach out the outlet on the garage ceiling. It was done yesterday and I'm not able to use the remote since I do not have time to buy the extension. He said just open the garage manually to put my car inside. I have paid $600.00 but I cannot put my car inside since the short cord is hanging in the middle of my garage. I'm not happy because I do not want the extension chord to be added to the short cord of the garage door motor that he installed. I'm inside the house and he could have told me that the chord of the motor he installed is so short and need an extension chord but he never told me. If I knew it I could have asked him to come back and bring the motor with the long chord and not to have an extension chord. For that amount of $600.00 I paid I thought everything is perfect but it wasn't. I'm very unhappy with his service.

Luke was very knowledgeable of my garage door and quickly diagnosed the issues via a system inspection. Luke worked up a couple of quotes and I chose the lifetime guarantee which included replacement of some west parts. After a short hour the door was operating better than it has for years. Luke was outstanding, such a delightfully nice young man. He took time to thoroughly explain how an automatic garage door opener works and what I was doing wrong which is why the door would not engage. He then explained that the door would not open because the senors were not functioning; he replaced both sensors and I am happy to say I have a fully operational garage door! I would definitely recommend Precision and will call them again when I need my garage door services. Thank you Luke!

I chose to have my opener replaced. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and then went over the operating instructions with me. I called for a re-inspection on the repairs that were done on my garage door. The initial repairman stated that the door was not sealing totally, however, it would seat itself after a short period. I was still having the same issue after 3 weeks time with the door gasket not sealing correctly. I called and they scheduled a service the same week. The tech arrived on time and was able to rectify the issue within just a few minutes to my satisfaction.

Garage door originally installed by this company 20 Years Ago. I received great service today (again), prompt as scheduled. Performed a maintenance check of operator, rollers, springs, etc. for Winter prep. Technician (Brad) very friendly/personable and knowledgeable. Work done quickly and very much to my satisfaction. I made a secondary request of company after Brad had left my home to mail me a business card or sticker to place near my garage door opener. Brad called me and offered to drop card/sticker in my mail box tomorrow. Again, their service is wonderful . I highly highly recommend this company - their reputation is excellent and they continue to provide quality work/service for me.
