Luke arrived on time and did a great job repairing our garage door! He was so patient explaining the options and left us feeling we are now set for several years with a quiet opener that is working without making us fear we can't get into our home! He let us climb up the ladder to see the problems occurring with our motor so we would understand why a new device was needed----it was shredded! Travis was our Technician who performed a very thorough Service and Safety Inspection. Our garage doors are over 20 years old. Travis presented a very professional presence with excellent knowledge & communication skills. Once the service inspection was completed.Travis explained in detail the results and his recommendations on the areas that need additional repairs and future replacements. Travis provided us a e-mail document outlining in detail his replacement proposal with costs. Travis presentation was very professional with no pressure to make a commitment at that time. PAUL called on us. Gave a quote & explained the product. We had another quote for less. He brought the quote to a more competitive level, not equal, but close for a little better door. He didn't want to give up. I liked the idea of a manufacturer from our Northwest area. We discussed the new motor. Ours wasn't dead yet, but my wife remembered the age--30 years old. We decided on the motor as well as the door. That makes for no surprises down the road. Paul was easy to work with, and I felt confidence in his presentation and product.

On time, gave three options for repair, the repair was done in good time, polite and professional. Replaced both door springs and new lifetime rollers. Door works much smoother and quiet. The new type of coated springs which will give longer life as they are coated so springs work smoother. I would give them a 5 star at this point.

Excellent service from beginning to end. I called two other services first and couldn't reach a person - just a recording that wouldn't accept messages and an answering service that couldn't help me. Precision answered their phone promptly (answered by a human) and scheduled a service appointment a few hours later. The technician, Hunter, called me 30 minutes before arrival to confirm. He arrived on time and he was professional and thorough. He fixed the problem with my garage door, he explained several options to me, and he showed me how I could oil the door myself. I felt the cost was very reasonable and I will definitely call Precision again when I need any help with my garage door. Thank you!

We had a garage door spring break on a late Friday night, and I called on Saturday morning to make an appointment to get it fixed. I wasn't expecting to get the spring fixed until the following week, but your customer service said no problem, we can get someone out there today. Joe arrived about a half an hour ahead of schedule. In addition to having the garage door springs replaced, we had Joe just do a complete service on both our large garage door and our smaller third bay door (replace rollers and bearings). Amazing what that did; the doors are super quite. No squeaking! Our neighbor found out we were having service done on our doors, and asked if Joe had time to look at their door (it wasn't closing properly). Joe made a quick phone call and was able to fit them into his schedule at the same time, and got their door fixed. Awesome company; I would highly recommend them!
