Our garage door opening/closing function completely gave out, broke less than 24 hours ago, with no way possible to get my car out. This company not only were able fix/replace what was an old 15 yr old lift-master, but replaced it with one that has smart technology (that I never even knew existed! Lol), connects to an app with safety features as well as Amazon Prime for deliveries right to my garage! And did I mention it is soooo quiet when it opens/closes! We received the best service from Luke & Nick and received this quick, knowledgeable and professional service all within 24 hours. Very happy with the outcome! And we enjoyed meeting Luke’s very friendly dog “Bear” too! ????

My old door was acting finicky and I was able to get a same day appt. Joe quickly found the problem and took care of it. Since he was here, I asked about replacement cost for my door which has to conform to HOA standards. He was able to do that quickly and an insulated and more durable v of the same door is now in their database for replacement early next year. I went ahead and replaced the garage opener as their prices are competitive with the big box stores [I'd already done my homework] and Joe did the install quickly and cleanly, including setting up my new code on the keypad and giving me a tutorial on everything. VERY pleased with responsiveness, professionalism and competitive pricing.
