My garage door was not opening due to a broken spring. It was past 5pm, and most places were closed except for Precision Door Service. I have never used them however, I needed my garage door repaired asap. Precision sent Luke and Curtis, the next day to repair my garage door. They were both friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They took their time and did a great job! Purchased the house recently and the garage door opener decided to quit last. Their card was posted next to the control panel so decide to call them. They set an appointment for the next day and showed up at the scheduled time. The service technician was very professional and friendly. He studied the issue and gave me a number of option for replacement. Completed the installation in a little over an hour, help program my car and walked me through all the features. Would highly recommend them I’d you’re ever in need of garage door repairs.
