Boy, you people are fast and efficient! With a broken spring, I called a little after eight and was told someone would be here a little after ten, which he was. Paul L. came and repaired the spring, put in new rollers on the side and bearings at my request and was gone before eleven. He left behind a door that was operating much more efficiently and QUIET! Thank you so much.

Our garage door broke and the door couldn't be opened with our car stuck inside. Precision was incredibly responsive. Their technician was able to come out the same day (on a weekend!) to complete the repair and tune up a few other things that were out of true in our old door. Very courteous and professional service. The door works better and quieter now than it ever has. Top marks for these folks.
