Paul gave us wonderful service. Called ahead to see if he could come a half hour earlier than planned. We had family members try their hand at it, which was very dangerous and not according to manufacture’s instruction warnings: “Can cause serious injury or death” and “...must be made by a trained service person using proper tools and instructions” EXCELLENT!!! Call them first!!!

The door works better then it ever has. Explained in detail what needed to be repaired. He also aligned the tracks better then they were so it glides much better. He cleaned up the area after the repair. Exceptional job.

I want to thank Joe Igla for his excellent customer service! He was here fast and on time. He was very professional yet personable. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed and gave me three options so I could choose what would fit my financial capabilities. When he needed to add parts for an unforeseen problem, he spoke with me first and explained why. For someone who was working on a holiday, he had the best attitude! Cheerful, courteous, honest and kind! I only wish there were more young people out there with his attitude and work ethic-how refreshing! My garage door came down onto the cars bumper which messed up the door closing. I called at 8 AM and with in the hour there was a technician at my house. They made a suggestion that I replaced my old rollers. It was a no brainer to have my old rollers replaced. The price included the service call and adjustments. I saved over two dollars and my door is the quietest it’s ever been.

Paul was great, came to our house quickly, wasn't pushy on sales and even offered a current holiday discount we weren't aware of. We were willing to buy a new opener to go with the new door, but he assured us our current one would do the job for now, saving us hundreds. CJ installed our new in less than 2 hours, and it looks/works perfect. Will definitely be calling back for any maintenance, or when our old opener inevitably stops working in a few years.

We have Marantec Garage Door Opener, with a lifetime warranty and Precision no longer sells their product. Almost once a year we have problems and it will not close or reverses itself when we think it closed only to find it open in the middle of the night. Today it was simply a loose wire in the terminal of the head unit. Stan was prepared to replace the head unit (for the second time) under the Marantec warranty. The last service call was about a month ago and the loose wire was not discovered. While we disagree slightly on the lifetime warranty coverage, Precision has been out promptly (usually same or next day), courteous and Stan Prosser the owner has even given our problem his personal attention. I would give five stars but for the number of calls and difference of opinion on labor coverage. Stan is a gentleman and a good businessman. He is very good to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision, but not the Marantec brand of opener. Precision has also gone above and beyond in the warranty service for the garage door itself. With this in mind, I just added the fifth star!

He is such a nice young man, professional, explained what the issue was and discussed going forward the things I should be looking for to maintain proper door maintenance.
