Discovered one spring was broken on our garage door. Called precision door on 12/28 and they sent a technician, Joe, out on 12/29. Our appointment window was from 12 to 2:00. Joe was able to arrive at 11:45 after calling us with a 30 minute window. He replaced the spring and was cleaned up and leaving by 12:15pm. He was very courteous and took the time to check our past history with the company to discover our springs were still covered under their warranty. We were pleased to only have to pay the service fee and to have our garage door back in working order so quickly.

We’ve used them before and we’re not surprised by the top level of service we were provided... But Luke was Amasing, professional, courteous, COVID conches and just all around Amasing! On Christmas night as the family was leaving we( our garage door) broke a spring ... alarmed by what it was going to cost... we called precision back... Luke made the whole process fast, we'll done, and in my opinion affordable, even adding in some warranty work that we weren’t aware we had! First time user, cold called the number from Google. Person who answered the phone is/was very pleasant and indicated the soonest a person could be here was Sunday, the next day. That was fine, it was scheduled and Tim arrived on Sunday about 10:30 AM. Very qualified and knew what he was doing.
