I called about replacing my broken spring in the morning and it was repaired that same afternoon. The customer service was outstanding and the price was reasonable. Joe, the technician, was great. He inspected both doors and explained everything he was going to do. The job was done quickly and professionally. I would willingly recommend Precision to anyone I know.

We have used Precision Door Service before, and when our garage door opener stopped working, they were the Company we trusted to install a new opener. Our technician was Marcus and he was GREAT. He discussed the options available for a new unit and helped us make an informed decision. Once the new opener was installed, he made sure we understood how to program and use the keypads and car remotes. This is definitely a Company we feel comfortable referring others to.

The tech arrived at 1:00, adjusted and lubed a few things and was gone by 1:20. The bill was $233.95. Do you realize that is $11.69 per min. or $$701.85 per hr. Even if you remove the $74.95 service fee it’s still $7.95 a min. or $477 an hr. Seems quite exorbitant to me. Will probably try a different service company next time.

Called for appointment earlier this morning about my garage door that snapped. Dispatcher provided an estimate & asked me what time I preferred. Repairman Pen was on time & very polite. He inspected everything & explained in detail what he found & cost to fix. Pen did an outstanding job & takes pride in his work. Yes I have an issue with my garage door opener. I call precision and they come over the next morning and took care of it. It was under warranty as well. The issue was fix within 30min. Thank you very much for taking care of your customer so well. I do recommend precision to anyone.
