I have been a Precision Garage Door customer for quite a while now there was a slight hiccup in terms of scheduling but Nick took care of that and was respectful of my time. My garage door decided not to work when the sun was shining into the electric eye… Nick solved the problem. My garage door is working great again and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve used Precision 3 times since 2020. In each case everyone I’ve interacted with has been timely, considerate and pleasant. Called because our 20 year old garage door opener was making funny noises. Scheduled appointment and Joe came out. Found the problem was a worn out part quickly and recommended replacing the old opener. He did a great job installing the new opener and spent time showing me what was different. I called in the am about my garage door was given a 12 - 2 time window Ted called with a time of arrival, he was friendly and personable. Ted quickly diagnosed the problem gave an estimate on the spot and completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself and left leaving me with a working garage door. It was a pleasure to meet him, he is a credit to his company I would recommend him without reservation. Impressed with the efficiency of the whole thing!

Wonderful, efficient and professional service. My garage door's main spring broke on a Saturday, and they had a terrific tech, Marcus, out within an hour. He had everything fixed in just a few more hours, with all the replacement parts in his truck. I highly recommend them. It's also a great feature that you can watch an introductory video of the tech before he/she arrives - that way you know who to expect. A nice touch.

After parking my car in the garage and closing the garage door, I realized I left the remote in my car. My keypad would not work to open the door. As Precision had worked on the garage door about 20 years earlier, I called them and an appointment was set for early the next morning. Happily for me, Joe was the gentleman assigned to help me. He was very, very courteous, patient, and informative, Joe made the entire repair process easy for me to understand. When the key to open the lock on the door didn't work, he explained the steps needed to complete the repair. He kept me informed during the entire process which I so appreciated. Joe was absolutely great!! My remote, keypad, new lock, and garage door work perfectly now!!
