Brian was awesome! He was friendly and communicative. He knew what he was talking about. He was professional, thorough, he worked quickly and left everything clean. We could not have asked for more considering the circumstances. We were not expecting it, but we had to replace the entire garage door opener along with the springs, the rollers, and all of the corresponding parts. It was expensive, but we thought the quality was there and there was no pressure to do anything.

Excellent service and very prompt! I have always used Precision Door/Overhead Garage Door for my homes. I have always been extremely satisfied with their products, technicians, and attention to detail. At 9 am my garage door would not open and I was driving to Seattle by 10 am. I called Precision and in less than 2 hours a technician was repairing my garaged door. I trusted him to complete all the repairs and left for Seattle. When I returned the following day, Kevin left a nice note and the lifetime warranty, emailed me the invoice, and most importantly my garage door was working again.
