Our technician was right on time and came out the following day that I called. Chuck Hunt was personable, knowledgeable, skillful and articulate, which helped us in deciding what to do after his inspection. Chuck gave us several options to consider for repairing our 25 yr. old heavy, wooden, garage door as well as replacing the Lift master equipment. Your technician removed wall board along the top and sides of the garage door. The studs and the gaps between them are now exposed allowing outside ambient air to flow into the garage. I will need to hire a contractor to replace the wall board that was removed in order to seal up the garage and restore the status quo ante. This will have to be done at some point in order to sell the house. I cannot recommend your company because of this.

On a late Sunday afternoon, I heard a loud crashing sound from within our garage. It turns out the coiled tension spring had snapped in two. I looked online and decided to book an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service. I was surprised to see that I was easily able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning between 10am and noon. The online scheduling was convenient and easy to use. The next morning, I was contacted via text at 930am and told my technician (Chuck) was on his way. Chuck was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our needed repairs as well as the overall condition of all components and provided us three estimates ranging from minimum repair to complete overhaul. Our house is 15 years old the garage door and components were all original. It shook, banged and vibrated every time it was opened and closed. But not anymore. It is now whisper quiet and no more vibrations. Once everything was installed and working, Chuck took time to explain how to operate and program everything, provided preventative maintenance tips and cleaned up afterward. I am impressed with Precision Garage Door Service, and I would not hesitate to call them again.

We had Chuck come to our house to fix a beeping noise coming from our garage door opener. We suspected it was the back up battery. It was not. The garage door opener was fine. He tuned the opener so our service call money did not go to waste. He then diagnosed our problem. We had an old unused Verizon cable box. Its back up battery was the culprit. Chuck removed the battery and the box. Thanks Chuck!

See the ads all the time. Garage door would not shut so needed immediate service and they arrived quickly. Chuck Hunt did a fabulous job was quick and efficient in replacing my entire opening system. Price was reasonable. I have an entire new garage door opener and am very pleased. New opener is so much nicer than my 30 year old chain type opener. Chuck arrived when the temperature was 100 degrees and the sun was shining into the garage. Very hot in there and he still was able to complete the job in about an hour. Fantastic service! The technician (Chuck) arrived right before 10 AM. I booked the appointment online at 9:40 this morning for today between 10 and 12. He was here at 10:00! Chuck was friendly, professional and knew exactly what to do. He had everything in the truck to complete the job - and he even had an new remote I asked for after he got here He quoted me the charge and the final bill was exactly as quoted. Chuck was thorough with his inspection and checked the door operation before leaving. He explained the services he'd performed and showed me his work. He left the area clean . The efficiency of the service allowed me extra time to get more done afterwards than I had expected. My neighbor saw him at work and after I bragged about the service she asked me to get Chuck's card - which he promptly supplied. This experience is exactly why Precision is the only company I go to for all my garage door needs.

Our door sensors prevented the doors from closing in bright sun. I had another company try to diagnose it yet no luck and $60 out of my pocket! I had seen Precision's TV ads and met them at the spring garden show so I called them and got an appointment immediately. Chuck came out and looked over the entire 3 door set up and fixed the problem by relocating the sensors back from the door edges where the sun was hitting them. Problem solved!

Quick and efficient repair of openers not operating because of a large spider web blocking the signal lights! (I have limited sight due to AMD and could not see the web and would not have known to look for one!) Chuck went on to lube all the hinges which makes for a quieter door! Thank you PGD!
