We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Precision! Chuck is the man! He is very fair and reasonable in his quotes, kind, straight forward, and overall just a super friendly and generous guy. We just moved and our front door was squeaky - he even fixed that for us while he was here installing our garage door opener and ordering our new garage door. Thank you Chuck, we are loyal customers because of you! Give the man a raise!

Precision Garage Door did an amazing job with our garage doors, springs and opener repair/replacement. Chuck was great, he explained and showed us all we wanted to see and know. We will use them again.

Shirley Hoffmann

Got all problems fixed. Because I couldn’t close the door and the garage is attached to the house, he came right away which was great. He showed me what the problems were and had all the parts to fix it right then. I most appreciated his respect for my old 1979 system and didn’t try to sell me a new one when this only needed some new parts due to 47 years of wear and tear. Door movement is much quieter now!

Dale Rieb

Professional service, at my house within an hour. Job done right.

Outstanding service. We called at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon, Chuck was here by 6pm and work was completed by 7pm. No service or late day fee!! Chuck Hunt was professional, polite and resolved our issue quickly. We could see the spring on the door was broken, he examined all parts and made recommendations. He reviewed 3 options for us, answered questions and explained each option. This is the 2nd time we've used Precision, we wouldn't use any other service.

Outstanding & Exemplary Customer Service , Professionalism. I recently had an issue with one of my Panels. Hunter, was my Contact and Took care of Things very expeditiously! A very skilled and adroit Technician, that also possesses Stellar Interpersonal Social Skills. I have utilized this company for over 20+ years. I without hesitation recommend them!

Gilberto Salas

Friendly and answered all my questions. What kept for a 5 star review is all the left over nuts and bolts left after the job was done. Had to clean myself.

Susan Arevalos

Chuck was great. Found out that the spring had broken on my garage door around 10:45. Called Precision and Chuck was here by 1pm and done before 2pm. Great seevice!

We have an very old plywood garage door. A couple of rollers were missing and one fell out on Christmas Eve. I called a couple places to get a quote over the phone and schedule for repair ( I assumed the day after Christmas). To my surprise, Precision Garage Door Service not only gave me a reasonable quote, but when I asked them when we could schedule the repair, they said how about 2 to 4 hours from now. Wow! Just like their TV commercials.... Our technician Chuck Hunt was extremely pleasant and provided us with a lot of information. It is clear we really need new garage doors and openers, however there was no high pressure sales, just clear basic information. Please send Chuck again, when we do decide to have new doors installed.
