Got all problems fixed. Because I couldn’t close the door and the garage is attached to the house, he came right away which was great. He showed me what the problems were and had all the parts to fix it right then. I most appreciated his respect for my old 1979 system and didn’t try to sell me a new one when this only needed some new parts due to 47 years of wear and tear. Door movement is much quieter now!

Outstanding service. We called at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon, Chuck was here by 6pm and work was completed by 7pm. No service or late day fee!! Chuck Hunt was professional, polite and resolved our issue quickly. We could see the spring on the door was broken, he examined all parts and made recommendations. He reviewed 3 options for us, answered questions and explained each option. This is the 2nd time we've used Precision, we wouldn't use any other service.

We have an very old plywood garage door. A couple of rollers were missing and one fell out on Christmas Eve. I called a couple places to get a quote over the phone and schedule for repair ( I assumed the day after Christmas). To my surprise, Precision Garage Door Service not only gave me a reasonable quote, but when I asked them when we could schedule the repair, they said how about 2 to 4 hours from now. Wow! Just like their TV commercials.... Our technician Chuck Hunt was extremely pleasant and provided us with a lot of information. It is clear we really need new garage doors and openers, however there was no high pressure sales, just clear basic information. Please send Chuck again, when we do decide to have new doors installed.

My husband and I were very grateful for the professionalism of Precision Door Service from their information on the website, to the receptionist, to the technician. Our technician was right on time and came out the following day that I called. Chuck Hunt was personable, knowledgeable, skillful and articulate, which helped us in deciding what to do after his inspection. Chuck gave us several options to consider for repairing our 25 yr. old heavy, wooden, garage door as well as replacing the Lift master equipment. Your technician removed wall board along the top and sides of the garage door. The studs and the gaps between them are now exposed allowing outside ambient air to flow into the garage. I will need to hire a contractor to replace the wall board that was removed in order to seal up the garage and restore the status quo ante. This will have to be done at some point in order to sell the house. I cannot recommend your company because of this.

On a late Sunday afternoon, I heard a loud crashing sound from within our garage. It turns out the coiled tension spring had snapped in two. I looked online and decided to book an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service. I was surprised to see that I was easily able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning between 10am and noon. The online scheduling was convenient and easy to use. The next morning, I was contacted via text at 930am and told my technician (Chuck) was on his way. Chuck was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our needed repairs as well as the overall condition of all components and provided us three estimates ranging from minimum repair to complete overhaul. Our house is 15 years old the garage door and components were all original. It shook, banged and vibrated every time it was opened and closed. But not anymore. It is now whisper quiet and no more vibrations. Once everything was installed and working, Chuck took time to explain how to operate and program everything, provided preventative maintenance tips and cleaned up afterward. I am impressed with Precision Garage Door Service, and I would not hesitate to call them again.
