David, Precision’s technician, gave us a call 45 minutes ahead of his arrival. He was supposed to arrive between 10am and noon. He got there by 10am. He did some safety checks and replaced the broken spring wire and replaced a number of other parts that looked worn, etc. He was finished in 55 minutes and he did everything in a professional and courteous manner. I’m spreading the word to my neighbors and friends in case they may need garage door servicing.

Tim did an outstanding job on our garage door disaster that occurred the night before. Springs, cables and other parts had broken all at once while closing the door for the night. Upon arriving on time, he did a thorough inspection identifying all the broken parts and other issues we were not aware of and provided 2 repair options depending on how much we could pay. He even replaced all the hinge nuts with ones that would not loosen even though it was outside the scope of the repair. In the end, our garage door is now better aligned and repaired with components that should last long into the future. Great work Tim!

Joe was great he called half an hour before he got here to make sure I was ready for him. When he got here he gave me three options to choose from. I picked the option I wanted and he was done with the work within an hour. Joe was easy to talk to you very personable, and wasn’t bothered by my dog Stella jumping on him. Joe was great.

Had a good experience with Precision Door and technician arrived on time. He was able to quickly see what could be done to my garage door. He replaced rollers and now it closes smoothly! Unfortunately the air gaps at the sides will have to remain until I replace the door. It is old and he did what he could. Overall, happy with service provided.
