Our house is for sale and we had a showing sometime between 1:30 - 2:30 PM. About 9:00 AM a cable on our garage door caught on one of our cars and pulled the top metal off our garage door and somehow broke/ruined the springs. I tried calling a couple of garage door repair places, and Precision was to first to offer to try to get someone here ASAP. While even that was not until well after noon, Luke, the repair person got right to work and had it all fixed by 2:00 PM, just as people showed up. Door looks and work fine now! Really, really appreciate the quick fix! We will definitely use Precision if we ever need help again!

I so appreciate working with Precision Door! Recently had lift system replaced. Had issues this week... out to service on time, no charge! Joe is professional, customer friendly! Makes the time to explain issues and options. Ended up replacing some parts to avoid future issues (door is over 20 years old). Joe worked quickly, cleaned up after himself. On a satsfaction scale of 1 to 5... i rate them a 10!

We have been a customer of Precision Garage Door for the last 5 years and they have been amazing! I cannot recommend them highly enough. The first time we called them when our spring broke. The precision technician came and fixed the spring and we haven't had any issue with the spring since then. About two months ago our garage door became misaligned and we called precision again. Someone came and fixed it again and the door started to operate smoothly again, but misalignment happened just two months later, so we called them again. This time, not only they fixed the door but replaced the brackets, bearings, cables and bolts. They spent about two hours on the job and didn't charge me a dime for the service or the labor. Now that is called customer commitment. Precision guys are knowledgeable, customer-centric and each of the technicians we worked with are real gentlemen, so I feel pretty safe to call them home. Above all we recommend them highly and for our next garage door job we will call them.

Brad was very professional; he arrived as scheduled, spoke to me about the condition of the garage door, made the repairs efficiently and helped out with a problem with another door as well. He explained the problem with the door he had just repaired and gave me instructions for its use, as well as checked the availability of a comparable door and times for installation. I have to say, I was extremely impressed with Precision Door from start to finish. My door spring broke at 6:30pm. I called Precision Door right away and they schedule to have a technician come out the next day. Brad (technician) called me 20 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to say he was on his way. Brad was very professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and cause of it. Brad found spring rod bearings to be worn out and suggested replacing. This was not surprising since they were 30 years old. Brad made the repairs quickly and professionally. I am a General Contractor, but do not touch garage door springs, as they can be dangerous. I would be honored to have a professional like Brad represent my company. Precision Door is lucky to have him as their employee. My garage openers were install by Precision in June of 2014 and were adjusted in October of the same year. Not a word was said at either visit about oiling the hinges, etc., by either tech. Yesterday the man was extremely helpful; I say man because either he didn't tell me his name or more likely he did and I missed it; I'm afraid I am very delinquent when hearing people's name - my problem! He said they should be oiled yearly which no one had said; he explained and I watched how and where to oil/spray. That is something I can't do, but it is certainly something my daughter or someone else can do for me. I appreciated that! A lot of service people don't tell the customer so to keep that customer calling back for simple tasks such as this. He was polite, did the task without dawdling, and explained the process of signing on a tablet rather than paper form. Send him back anytime!, I appreciate a company with employees like him. Thank you. P. S. In the "Service Performed" below, I think garage door opener maintenance is preferable to "repair"in this instance.

Paul arrived right on time and quickly assessed the problem as a defective cable. After reviewing our garage door history, he determined that we were covered by warranty and would not have to pay for the new cables. Within minutes he replaced the cables, balanced the door and was on his way. He was effective and efficient.
