My car was broken into and my garage door opener was taken. I realized that was like giving someone a key to the house, so I called Precision to ask for someone to evaluate our old openers and see if they should be replaced or otherwise made secure. Luke came the next day, exactly as promised with a truck that contained everything he needed. It turned out our doors had not been serviced for twenty years and understandably were overdue for new springs and other mechanical services. Luke explained several options. He also recommended new openers, and I agreed it made sense and was what I was anticipating. Luke did all the required service and installed two new garage door openers with keypads (something new for us) and much brighter indoor lights and other modern features. I really appreciate how quickly Precision was able to schedule our service and how efficiently the repairs and new installs were done. I would recommend Precision highly if you need any work on your garage doors. They met my expectations in every respect, and now I feel like our doors are like new. The new mechanism is much quieter too!

A+ service start to finish! I thought I’d need to schedule one or more appointments a week or two out. No, I got an appointment for the same day. After reviewing the options with Shane, he installed a Lift Master which is a huge improvement. Super quiet and connected to my wifi so that I can operate it from an app on my phone. Shane did a great job getting it all setup and explained everything to me. Definitely a good company to do business with!

Found Precision Door Service by searching online for garage door spring replacement services. Chatted with Cameron, then called to make an appointment. Service Tech called to verify details to me (a DIY guy). Joe called 30 minutes before he came to work on the door. He is friendly and explained each step, what was needed, what might be needed, and the price of each. He was in and out in an hour. The door works perfectly. All this was done in less than 36 hours. Nice to find good service with a smile and at a reasonable price.

Next day service was perfect. Luke arrived on time, estimated the work immediately and got my garage door working in less than 90 minutes. He replaced the broken springs, the bearings and pulleys. The door action is much quieter than before. Precision Door was there when I needed them!

These guys were great! I needed a repair job on my house's older model automatic garage door, and wanted to get a tune-up on it too. This was a super professional experience the whole way through. Operator was really polite and got me scheduled for later same day. Joe I. was my service tech and he showed up exactly when he said he would, called to let me know he was on his way. He listened to me and looked at the problem area, presented me with 3 different types of tune-up that he could do and how much they would cost. Told me how long it would probably take and he got the work done within that time. Very nice guy, conscientious with mask-wearing and distancing, etc. I've got their card stapled to wall of my garage now. Will totally call them again if I ever need anymore help with my garage door/opener.

David is amazing! One of the best service experiences I've ever had with any company. Scheduling the appointment online was simple and fast. David, an amazing service technician, showed up exactly when he said he would arrive, answered all of my questions, and really helped me to understand my garage door system. As a do-it-yourselfer, I knew that I needed a company to balance my garage door. David not only did the work, he identified a few areas of installing a new opener myself to watch out for and explained a few essential elements that will make sure the install is within code. It’s been a few years since your company replaced the springs on my garage door so when I needed to fix my garage door, I called on Precision Door. Nick was very professional ! Although it took him longer than he expected to fix my garage door, he kept at it & he was able to fix it so that it will stay close & not reverse by itself. He also replaced the cables that was starting to fray. Thanks Nick !
