I was given an arrival time for your technician of between 3:00 and 5:00. He called prior to his arrival and advised of his estimated arrival time. He arrived at 3:15 as estimated, introduced himself, was very polite and went right to work. He offered two or three possible causes of my problem and went right to work problem solving. He discovered the problem, fixed it and was done in about 20 minutes. Thank you for a job well done.

I called at 3:00 pm on Memorial Day. Precision at a technician to my house at 4:00 pm and he called to let me know when he was 20 minutes away. They fixed my garage door quickly and also made it quieter in the process. I wish all merchants were this professional and delivered the same great quality service.

Josh showed up early. The thing I really like is he didn't try to up sell me on things I had to do. He pointed out things I needed now, and why, and then pointed out things that I may need in the near future. He left the decision to me. I will hire Precision again. I had 3 broken rollers this time. about a year ago i replaced all the rollers with steel cheapies and they failed. Brad sold me on the nylon life time warranty rollers. He did some adjusting and repaired my motor light. All in less than 30 minutes. Great job. Very personable individual. I will recommend your company. Thank you.
