My Garage door attachment plate had pulled away from the door. I used Angie's list to find someone to repair the door. A different contractor called and I sent him pics of the damage. after seeing the pics and the type of door, he declined to help me. I called precision they set up a 2 hour window for me the next day. they arrived on time quickly accessed the damage gave me a quote and fixed my door. took about an hour. On time , professional, quick fix would Highly recommend. A new door would have cost me 3 to 4 times as much as the repair

My service technician arrived precisely on time and even called ahead to say his projected arrival time. I had requested a service to lubricate the moving parts on my door and as he did that, i was advised the status of the bearings and other parts. All was still in working condition at this time, and he showed me how to lubricate it myself in a year from now. I was very satisfied!

First time was a repair/adjustment on my door and replace a door opener; the second time was to install a door for my daughter (physical layout of garage required three possible scenarios which I needed to run by my daughter for her preference.) You tech was courteous and explained everything about his estimate. I was surprised and disappointed that I was charged $$92.09 for an estimate. In today's environment, most respectable companies don't charge for an estimate. I had another company repair my door.
