Very professional. Colby was on time and explained everything before starting and pricing. We have used other companies but from now on will be using Precision. Pricing was fair in the market. I would say they are a 5 rating and especially coming out on Saturday with no extra charges.

We choose Precision because they advertised 24/7 service and are accredited with Better Business Bureau. I called Precision at midnight, and was given a time frame of 11am to 1pm for the next day (Saturday). At 11am two servicemen arrived, they replaced the overhead door spring and replaced the rollers as agreed, and they were done in less than an hour. My husband and I were very satisfied with the promptness and service Precision gave us and highly recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Precision Door for great customer service . My 36 year old Genie opener finally died at my rental property so last night I made an appointment with Precision to come out and give me an estimate. Ray called about a half hour before the appointed 10AM time to tell me he's on the way. I asked about possibly going back to a manual locking system and not replacing the opener. There was no hard sell or objection from Ray ,in fact he offered a few different lock choices. I finally opted for a replacement opener that Ray installed quickly and at a very reasonable price. A five star company for sure! I needed my garage door checked because it wasn't shutting correctly, and my house is being inspected for sale . My service person came at the time I asked for , promptly at noon. I needed a new motor which took a couple hours to replace. The service person did the replacement on the spot,was polite, knowledgeable, and able to explain everything to me . When he finished, he made sure I knew how to use the code and openers. Excellent work! 5 stars . Advertising is very informative and gave me confidence in calling the company. The person who took my order was friendly,humorous, and efficient. I give this whole experience a 5 star. I was offered an appointment the same day which I couldn't do but they accommodated my schedule. Jon called 1/2 before arriving saying that he would be there on time which he was. He quickly assessed the problem with my garage door, installed extra bolts top of door panel and gave me the option of replacing the rollers given their age. I had already watched the videos on your website so knew exactly what he was talking about. He explained everything he did. His communication skills are excellent and he knows how to provide excellent customer service. Your website is fabulous and very informative. I am very happy with the service provided. I called Sunday morning and in 1 h the technician (Josh)was at my house. He presented the options I had and the estimate for each option.
