I called late Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted by a lady who took all my information in a professional and timely manner, she set me up for an appointment the next morning. Paul called me 15 mins before he would be arriving at our home. Paul greeted me with a handshake, he politely reviewed with me the estimate and reviewed what he would be doing. Paul completed the job on time and reviewed with me his work. Great Job Paul and Thank You

Garage door originally installed by this company 20 Years Ago. I received great service today (again), prompt as scheduled. Performed a maintenance check of operator, rollers, springs, etc. for Winter prep. Technician (Brad) very friendly/personable and knowledgeable. Work done quickly and very much to my satisfaction. I made a secondary request of company after Brad had left my home to mail me a business card or sticker to place near my garage door opener. Brad called me and offered to drop card/sticker in my mail box tomorrow. Again, their service is wonderful . I highly highly recommend this company - their reputation is excellent and they continue to provide quality work/service for me.

We had had some service for our garage door in April 2018. But, we had to wait until the next day from when we called to get the service. But, with Precision, Joseph Igla came in 25 minutes from our call. A friend had recommended Precision based on her experience with their garage door needs. And, he sized up the problem, and fixed the attachment to the wall. But then, he looked at the 12 rollers along the sides of the garaged, saw that some of them were broken. So he replaced them all, and now they run smoothly and quietly. GREAT JOB, JOSEPH!!! And, good quality service, Precision!!! We're impressed, and grateful that we have finally found you.
