Repair tech did not have experience with the exact model of opener and door that i currently own. he was prompt, polite, concerned and talked to his supervisor immediately. while he is unable to help with my specific problem he did get me a referral and did not charge me. my problem is not fixed, but if the fix is to replace the opwner por door, I will have Precision do the work. I have had many service calls for a multitude of issues. Precision does this right. they immediately confirmed my appointment, identified by name and photo the repairman and were timely. You guys do this right. I will have you do what ever work we need done that is your scope. I appreciate your service.

They were the most responsive and punctual company that I have ever done business with on the Portland/Vancouver metro area. When there were issues with my door post service they sent a tech out free of chats to resolve the issue within 24 hours during the holiday weekend with no extra charge! Excellent service and very prompt! I have always used Precision Door/Overhead Garage Door for my homes. I have always been extremely satisfied with their products, technicians, and attention to detail. At 9 am my garage door would not open and I was driving to Seattle by 10 am. I called Precision and in less than 2 hours a technician was repairing my garaged door. I trusted him to complete all the repairs and left for Seattle. When I returned the following day, Kevin left a nice note and the lifetime warranty, emailed me the invoice, and most importantly my garage door was working again. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage door service! I am a long-time customer and not compensated for this review.

Great service and on Christmas weekend. The spring broke trapping my wives car in. I called after 1PM and they had a technician out just about 3PM. Mike did a great job and good attitude. It was a little more than I wanted to pay. But when he started taking things off they needed to be replaced. I finally just said replace all moving parts. The door is a solid wood door and you can't even hear it. Thanks I would recommend them, the parts they put in were better quality than what was originally on the door.

I chose this company based on previous reviews, and I am glad I did. I called at 11pm on a Sunday night, and somebody answered right away. She was extremely polite and helpful, especially with me calling so late. A tech was sent out to my home the next day and the tech called 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time and let me know he was on his way. He evaluated the situation, and gave me a couple of different options. He had everything he needed to make the repairs with him, which made this super quick and convenient. He was done within an hour and was on his way. The tech, Jon, was extremely polite and professional, and finished the job quickly. He also made sure to explain to me what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Great company!

We are glad to find a contractor that lives up to their web site ad! After a frantic evening call, an embarrassing confession ( I drove my van out of the garage with the back hatch still up, grinding the upper cables of my overhead garage door), I called Precision and received a call back. We have always had work done on our garage door by Precision. Precision put in our garage door and just recently replaced the weather stripping.
