What a positive experience! We'd been putting off the repair call because it just seemed like it was going to be a hassle and expensive--turns out it was neither! It was easy to schedule an appointment and Travis came out on time and was thoroughly professional and courteous during the entire visit. Our garage door broke and the door couldn't be opened with our car stuck inside. Precision was incredibly responsive. Their technician was able to come out the same day (on a weekend!) to complete the repair and tune up a few other things that were out of true in our old door. Very courteous and professional service. The door works better and quieter now than it ever has. Top marks for these folks.

Precision did a remarkable job from making an appointment to have a technician to service our broken door, and upon asking, to then show us how affordable it was to replace the doors and all the hardware! Luke (inital technician/salesman) was Excellent! Very friendly and professional. Respected the social distancing paramters set by the CDC and his company. Then Julia was excellent in contacting me to set up the installation date and go over pricing and answer all questions. Then Gary came and did an Exceptional job installing two Beautiful New Doors with all new hardware! After the job finished I paid the balance online but noticed an Oops on the invoice. I contacted Julia and she and the Owner Kim fixed the problem lickity-split! Talk about customer service! Phenominql service start to finish! Thank you precision Door Service!

My wife's car and garage door remote were stolen a week ago without recovery. Having used Precision in the past I sent them a message late Saturday morning. Within 30 minutes the office called and said Travis would be here within the hour! He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. In a short period of time he changed our code, linked a new remote, and my car. Plus he installed a surge protector and performed needed maintenance. We would give Precision 6 stars if we could....highest recommendation without reservation.

I called at 6 PM Thursday night, and had a tech here at 8:30 Friday morning. Brad was absolutely wonderful!! He was professional, kind, explained everything well and was done within 3 hours. He left our garage exactly how he found it which was much appreciated! He worked around all the projects going on in the garage with no complaints. Called Precision Door late yesterday afternoon because door was missing a key bolt and was not operating properly. Precision was able to service my door first thing this morning! The technician, Hunter, had replaced the drive on my other door a year or so ago and had done a great job, so I was happy he was still on the job and showed up today to service my other door. He even checked the remotes and replaced a light bulb for me!!! Thank you to Precision Door and Hunter.
