Called Precision Door late yesterday afternoon because door was missing a key bolt and was not operating properly. Precision was able to service my door first thing this morning! The technician, Hunter, had replaced the drive on my other door a year or so ago and had done a great job, so I was happy he was still on the job and showed up today to service my other door. He even checked the remotes and replaced a light bulb for me!!! Thank you to Precision Door and Hunter.

Excellent service. I called at 10 am. Luke, the technician, arrived by 11:40. Two new motors installed for my garage doors. Luke finished by 1:40 pm. I never dreamed when I called I would get same day service. Luke was the best. Very professional.

Fantastic Company. This is the second time we used Precision and was equally pleased both times. Hunter was able to come out the same day we called. Joe had all the parts to make the repairs and he did the repairs within the hour and also upgraded the safety requirements for the the other garage door. We knew we needed to replace our more than 40-year-old garage door but didn't realize our spring was broken and therefore dangerous. Out of the 3 estimators who came to look at our door, 2 came promptly and bid quickly, but Precision was the only one that offered to put in a temporary spring without charge to hold us until our door could be installed 6 weeks later (it actually got installed in 4 weeks). The other companies just told us we had a big problem and needed a new door and recommended we park our car outside until then. Precision sent a technician quickly to put in the temporary spring so we could park our car in the garage while waiting for the installation. Every person we dealt with at Precision was helpful, courteous, friendly, meticulous, and nice to work with. Their emails and confirmations of appointments and what to expect were excellent -- very clear and timely. Gary, our installer today, sanitized everything he touched after the installation because of the COVID-19 situation. We are so impressed with this company and all of its staff. I am so pleased with Precision that i highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new garage door!
