Great experience and would highly recommend Percision. I had called them out to repair a broken lift cable/chain on our 16 year old opener. Brad took the time to educate me on what to expect as far as possible future repairs for an opener this old. It became apparant to me that it was just a matter of time before other components (e.g. plastic gear) would fail. I never felt pressured to purchase a new opener but that's what I ultimated decided to do. I'm glad I did. Not only does it give me piece of mind but the operation of the new unit is whisper quite as compared to our old opener. Thank you!

I was able to set an appointment within 24 hours of my garage door spring breaking. Technicians called ahead and were on time, courteous, professional and worked quickly to get the job done. Provided explanations and options on what needed to be fixed as well as what else could be done to improve/prolong our current garage door system. I have chosen Precision for two garage door repairs (on two separate doors) and I recommend them. On the first occasion they replaced the spring. On this occasion Brad realigned tracks so that the door would close properly, then he explained the option, cost & benefit of replacing its spring (which was 23 years old). I decided to go ahead with the replacement and am happy i did so, did not feel pressured into making that decision. Precision was very easy to deal with: scheduling the service call was easy and Brad was very straightforward to work with, he explained effectively and answered all my questions, and everything worked out just as he said it would.

Gary arrived approximately 1 1/2 hours after I called the office to request a service call. The spring was broken and the other moving parts were old and rusted. Gary replaced all the parts and adjusted the door for proper operation. Gary was professional and very pleasant. Thank you for the rapid response and excellent service.

At 7:30am I realized my garage door spring had broken. I could miss my trip to the gym but had to be out of the house no later than 9:30am. I called Precision and Samantha quickly helped me. She had Sam to my house by 8:15am. He changed the spring very quickly but informed me that my 30 year-old garage door needed new cables, rollers and other 'stuff'. They could get Jesse to my house that afternoon. I wasn't home when Jesse arrived or left but he did a great job. The total bill came to a little under $900 which seems like a lot of money for a silly garage door but it has a lifetime warranty. Sam was very professional and I felt comfortable taking his advice. My garage door is now much quieter and I have faith that if anything else goes wrong, they will come and fix it.

Jesse came to our house--explained what the problem was--the springs were shot. He said it would be expensive, but it comes with a life time warranty and why your company uses the springs and the rollers. He was able to fix it right there and within 2 hours he was done.
