Our garage door opener broke. Precision was the third call to a service company. Everyone else said they couldn't get out to our home for a week. I didn't want to wait that long. After Jesse explained the cost of repairing our old opener versus a new one, we decided to replace the entire mechanism. Every time I open it, I am amazed at how quiet the new opener is. Jesse was very easy to work with and that is appreciated.

I had 2 garage doors re-built, and had 2 new automatic garage door openers replaced, by Tim & and another fellow. They were prompt, efficent, and very good about explaining everything they were doing, to me. Tim assured me that if I had any questions or problems to just give him a call. Someone in my neighborhood recommended Precision to me, I had a crooked garage door and since they are old I had an estimate to replace both of the doors....I called Precision to see if it would be worth it to repair instead of replace...they sent out Tim who was friendly, efficient and encouraging aout repairing the crooked door. I called Precision Garage Door for a problem I was having with my door opener (a Genie, not working) An appt was set and Gary was the tech that responded to my service request. Gary did his diagnosis and discovered that one of the main springs on the door was broken, and that one of my cables had dislodged itself from the spool and was frayed. We discussed my options for repair and replacement, and Gary was very knowledgeable while educating me as well as explainig my options. Ultimately I selected the option of replacing my door opender unit. More improtantly, I want you to know that I was very impressed with Gary

We were concerned when we discovered a broken spring on our double garage door. I hadn't realized how many times we used the door each day, and needed to get it fixed in a hurry. Your scheduler was courteous and worked with me around a doctor's appt. to get someone here that same day. The technician checked in with me to say he was on his way but would be a little late, so I was not worried. He checked out the problem and gave us several options on repairs. He was courteous, worked quickly, but was sure to ask if we had any questions about the job. He responded to our questions about maintenance to keep the door in good working condition, and cleaned up all the used parts. We felt good about the quality of his work, and would be happy to recommend Precision to our friends.

We had contracted to paint our house and, after the house was power washed, realized our 24 year old wooden garage doors needed repairs. We called Precision and spoke with Lisa who spent time explaining what could be done to repair the doors and the cost. She then priced new doors which were extremely reasonable. She scheduled Paul Bartlett to come to our house the next morning. Paul was able to have the doors installed the next day by ace technician, Jesse. This enabled the painters to continue on schedule. When our garage door started to act up I called Precision. I was greeted by Lisa who was understanding and helpful. She asked me a few questions to qualify my problem. She had me check to make sure the safety beams were aligned correctly. They were and she then scheduled a Tech to come out. Jesse called an hour early to verify the time and address and arrived a few minutes early. Once inside he asked me a series of questions and gave the equipment a close examination while trouble shooting the problem. He answered all my questions and explained each process and the function of each component. He was thorough in his troubleshooting and logical in his problem solving. It was not long till my garage door was up and down again with ease. Jesse was professional, courteous and engaging. From first call to the handshake goodbye it was as advertised.
