Sunday morning, I hit my door backing out my SUV. My rig was, miraculously, just scratched 2 inches. I'm the only one that can see it. My garage door? Bashed and jammed open. Precision responded immediately. Impact was 10:50am, Hunter was driving away from my house and the garage door was operating 12:25pm. This is the second emergency that I've had that Precision has come to my rescue. 2017 Feb. Minor ice storm, but still lost power on a Sat. Power back on, getting dark. Can't get door functioning for some reason? Tech shows up at 4:30pm and I'm open! Can get to the store! (I can drive in a little glaze, unlike most of the locals, but that's another story...) A great company with a great product. Hunter is a credit to you. Kim, too. Kudos!

My garage door cam off the track and was really messed up. I called on NewYears day thinking I would have to wait. They were here within an hour of my call and fixed the door. I am very happy with my experience.

Called at 08:30, tech arrived at 10:00 and job was completed by noon. Neat, efficient, polite. I will be back next year for a new garage door.

We damaged our garage door opener mechanism when an electrical extension cord we draped over it for our Christmas lights got caught on it. We disconnected the door from the mechanism, but it wouldn't close all the way, and we were leaving town a couple of days later and needed it fixed. We reached Precision Door that same night, and they came out the following morning. They checked the door and repaired it, also checked the other door. They were very efficient, and reasonably priced, too!

Thanks to Nick for saving the day. Not only did he fix the door with new rollers, but safely replaced the lower roller bracket and cable attachment for our 45 year old door. Very professional! Quick to respond! Arrived on-time! Its clear to me that Nick is not the only gear in this motor; However, he was the guy who solved our problem.

Bo was great. We had a broken spring, a lot of wear on rollers, bearings etc. He showed us options and let us choose what level of repair we wanted. No pressure. We chose. Bo did the work in a timely, clean, professional manner. Everything is great (and the door is quieter than it has been for the 25 years that we’ve lived here). Thank you Precision.

In November I had to have the chain put back on my garage door, done by Bo. In December I needed to have motor for the opener replaced by Travis. Both gentlemen were very punctual, called me to let me know that they would be arriving within 10-15 minutes and gave me detailed information on what was needed. All work was completed quickly and I am really pleased with the results. Thank you so much. I have already referred your company to a couple of my friends.

Luke was AWESOME to work with and very thorough in his assessment of saving my "original" look of curb appeal keeping the wood and working a much smoother system. KUDOS to him, for sure. BONUS check should be in his hands for Christmas!!! Purchased all parts new = springs, rollers, cables, and re-alligned whole of door unit. Only old remaining is the drive and tracks system

Luke arrived on time and did a great job repairing our garage door! He was so patient explaining the options and left us feeling we are now set for several years with a quiet opener that is working without making us fear we can't get into our home! He let us climb up the ladder to see the problems occurring with our motor so we would understand why a new device was needed----it was shredded! Luke even helped me put the opening code into my car----something I really appreciated, as technology is not my best skill! Precision is a wonderful company you can trust!

Travis was our Technician who performed a very thorough Service and Safety Inspection. Our garage doors are over 20 years old. Travis presented a very professional presence with excellent knowledge & communication skills. Once the service inspection was completed.Travis explained in detail the results and his recommendations on the areas that need additional repairs and future replacements. Travis provided us a e-mail document outlining in detail his replacement proposal with costs. Travis presentation was very professional with no pressure to make a commitment at that time. We agree to proceed with his proposal after the first of the year. Highly recommend Travis Currier for your Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

PAUL called on us. Gave a quote & explained the product. We had another quote for less. He brought the quote to a more competitive level, not equal, but close for a little better door. He didn't want to give up. I liked the idea of a manufacturer from our Northwest area. We discussed the new motor. Ours wasn't dead yet, but my wife remembered the age--30 years old. We decided on the motor as well as the door. That makes for no surprises down the road. Paul was easy to work with, and I felt confidence in his presentation and product.

Thanks to Precision we now have door that works (a new motor replacing one 18 yrs old) and is so quiet it doesn't wake the neighbors. The installer did a great job in record time and even programmed my Rav4 to the motor. Thanks to everyone

12/5/2018 No need to look further if you encounter any garage door related issues. Brad was very knowledgeable, honest, efficient, thoughtful, and hard worker. And, their rate is absolutely reasonable. Must be a well-managed company.

I chose Precision because they are a member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Portland. Full disclosure, I work for the HBA, but knowing they are a member gave me confidence that they would be a reputable company to work with, and they are. The Service Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and handled the problem quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use them again!
