Luke was outstanding, such a delightfully nice young man. He took time to thoroughly explain how an automatic garage door opener works and what I was doing wrong which is why the door would not engage. He then explained that the door would not open because the senors were not functioning; he replaced both sensors and I am happy to say I have a fully operational garage door! I would definitely recommend Precision and will call them again when I need my garage door services. Thank you Luke!

I chose Precision Door based on reviews I read. The technician that came to my house was professional and explained all my options in detail. There was zero sales pressure. I chose to have my opener replaced. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and then went over the operating instructions with me. He cleaned up and removed all the old pieces, leaving the garage in perfect order. I highly recommend this company.

I called for a re-inspection on the repairs that were done on my garage door. The initial repairman stated that the door was not sealing totally, however, it would seat itself after a short period. I was still having the same issue after 3 weeks time with the door gasket not sealing correctly. I called and they scheduled a service the same week. The tech arrived on time and was able to rectify the issue within just a few minutes to my satisfaction.

I called late Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted by a lady who took all my information in a professional and timely manner, she set me up for an appointment the next morning. Paul called me 15 mins before he would be arriving at our home. Paul greeted me with a handshake, he politely reviewed with me the estimate and reviewed what he would be doing. Garage door originally installed by this company 20 Years Ago. I received great service today (again), prompt as scheduled. Performed a maintenance check of operator, rollers, springs, etc. for Winter prep. Technician (Brad) very friendly/personable and knowledgeable. Work done quickly and very much to my satisfaction. I made a secondary request of company after Brad had left my home to mail me a business card or sticker to place near my garage door opener. Brad called me and offered to drop card/sticker in my mail box tomorrow. Again, their service is wonderful . I highly highly recommend this company - their reputation is excellent and they continue to provide quality work/service for me.

We had had some service for our garage door in April 2018. But, we had to wait until the next day from when we called to get the service. But, with Precision, Joseph Igla came in 25 minutes from our call. A friend had recommended Precision based on her experience with their garage door needs. And, he sized up the problem, and fixed the attachment to the wall. But then, he looked at the 12 rollers along the sides of the garaged, saw that some of them were broken. So he replaced them all, and now they run smoothly and quietly. GREAT JOB, JOSEPH!!! And, good quality service, Precision!!! We're impressed, and grateful that we have finally found you.

Paul arrived right on time. Also gave us a call 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He assessed the problem quickly and made the changes needed to get the door in working order again. Gave us a tune up, & cleaned up his work space. He was efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Our garage door is 12 feet tall and the technician wasn't able to take care of the issue but he did recommend a company that handle the industrial size doors. He also fixed us up with another remote for our house garage doors and programed it for us. He was very courteous and helpful.
