The spring broke & it was still under warranty. Also had a coupon discount for the service call. Sam was very professional & gave me some choices when I can afford a new garage door. Thanks Sam ! I would have given 5 stars except for the same day service did not apply to me. The spring broke the night before & I did not get the service until the morning after. It must have been a busy night. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends & will use them when it's time for a new garage door to be installed.

Your internet ad advertised repair and you listed a Tigard location. I needed my garage door repaired quickly. I E-mailed precision Sunday night and got a call back soon after I E-Mailed my problem. An appointment for the next morning was set up. The technician was more than capable and explained his services in detail.

I called Precision because we were having trouble with our garage door staying down. They sent out someone within a day of calling. Mike, the tech, explained what the problem was, why it was happening, and what was needed to fix the issue. He explained in terms anyone could understand and within an hour the issue was fixed. About a week later I thought the issue was still happening and Mike came out again to take a look at the problem and discovered we had a problem with one of our remotes. Mike again explained the problem with the remote and didn't charge a 2nd service fee. I would recommend Precision to anyone who has a problem with their garage door as they have excellent customer service and will go above and beyond to help.

Technician was personable, efficient, and readily explained the operation of the new door opener. He also removed and disposed the old door opener. We had used Precision some years ago for repair of the door opener and were pleased with the work and called again when we had this problem.

He came over on Saturday, and then came back on Sunday for no additional charge, only because he thought of something that could improve his already first-rate work. The repair technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly solved the problem that created the issue with my door, and show me other issues with the door that may need to be repaired in the future. In addition to the repairs that were a result of the call, he also replaced the bearings.

When the spring on our double-size garage door broke recently, I was concerned about about reaching a repair service since it was after-hours. I left messages with a few local companies and to my surprise, not only did Precision return my call within 90 minutes, they apologized that it took that long!
