Ted was courteous and professional! If we need another garage door opener installed, he is the one to do it again. Tech was great! Very knowledgable and efficient and fixed the problem well. Pricing seems pretty high. No parts were required and it was $199 for 30 mins of labor on top of the service charge. So $400 / hour cost for labor seems high but that is the only negative.

I trust Precision Garage as they have been are go to firm when we moved in 16 yrs ago. Called a few times over the yrs & taken care of nicely. I like there new s/up when u call they then advise you via email who will be the tech & a picture etc. Today the tech helped greatly, after 16 yrs the overhead door system was fried as of yesterday & I knew something was wrong big time.
