These folks were a lifesaver and incredibly professional. Our tech (Travis) went above and beyond the call, getting the job done right and in a clean and very timely manner. He arrived on time (within the time window they promised), did a comprehensive review of our door and provided options for fixing and provided preventative maintenance. No services performed, just great customer service! Called this morning requesting an evaluation and quote of replacement of existing garage doors and openers. In less than four hours. Sales Manager Paul was on site and schooling me in both products, my options, my costs and some peripheral considerations. Great individual, very personable and obviously very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed his time, professionalism and no pressure. He left me with quotes for ways to accomplish replacement and while we will need to make a decision as to how to proceed, Paul left an impression that will factor positively in the decision making process.

Precision tech came out the same day I called them. Travis was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail why my garage door got damaged. he repaired it so I did not need to replace a panel ( which was quite expensive.) also took extra time to fix my garage door opener. I was very impressed with his service. cost to repair was very reasonable.

I called Precision late Friday afternoon, and within two hours a technician arrived, figured out the problem and gave me two options (repair or replace the 25 yr old garage door opener).
