Brian B. was on time and immediately showed his expertise. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently he worked. The job was to replace an older door with a new one. He straightened out the old tracks, put in the new door and tightened everything up. The new door works great. Best of all, he didn't mind this old guy standing around and chatting while he worked, but instead of being distracted, he even finished ahead of schedule!

I was so impressed by the service I received from your employee! My garage doors are very old; and to my dismay, 1 of them slammed down & couldn't even operate manually. I seriously thought I would have to get the spring bar replaced! upon further inspection, I could see that it wasn't broken, it had just fell off the guide. I was worried that the fix would bee over $1,000.00! Total cost:$59.95! & he went above & beyond to make sure that every bolt & connection was tightened properly. Yes, I do need new doors-he gave me an excellent quote to replace both of them. I know who I will call when I am ready to replace the doors-you! (I'm in the middle of re-modeling, & this was NOT on the list that has my re-model $$ tied up in at this time.) I'm already starting the savings fund for the new garage doors & can't wait to get them done. No need to compare prices with anyone else!

Precision showed up on time unlike a competitor of theirs (Overhead Door of Portland) who the day before was to be at my home at 2:00 but showed up at 3:00, when I had a doctors appointment at 3:30. I did not allow Overhead to do any work. Precision's service was great at $69.95 when Overhead quoted me $225.00 to fix the same problem. And the door is like a new door now after the great job that Precision did. I will be using precision from now on. Not that other company in town.

Sam Aiello, sales manager, came to our home in an attempt to remedy a small problem that another technician from Precision had been unable to fix during an earlier visit. Just as the first technician had done, Sam tried everything possible. It simply was not possible to address what really amounted to a minor irritation, nothing that impacted on the operation of the door. As he attempted to address the small problem in question, Sam performed a number of other maintenance tasks,all at no charge. I was very impressed with the strong service orientation of both men. I would call Precision Doors again anytime for a garage door problem. The organization serves with the utmost integrity and class.

WOW!!! I hope you give Brian a BIG BONUS!!! He was fantastic!! So knowledgable and a very nice young man. It was so cold out and he just kept working and everything was done well and cleaned up. The springs in our garage door broke late one evening and we could not open the garage door. My car was stuck in the garage so we where in a hurry to get it reparied. I saw the Precision Garage Door service van in our neighborhood the next morning and asked if they could look at our garage. They came over as soon as their job was done and had our garage repaired before lunch! They also inspected our door and opener and replaced the opener as well. Great company eager to provide quality service and customer satisfaction!

Brian came to repair our 18 year-old Genie Door Opener and he gave us the option to upgrade to a brand-new chain-drive opener that is super quiet. My wife and I decided to spend the extra money and upgrade to a new opener. Brian was very polite and knowledgeable. He worked fast and had it done very quickly. Plus he saved us money by pointing out the coupon on your website. It was his 3rd installation of the day, but there was no complaints. Brian has a great personality to sell you a $600 product. Plus I was impressed with the satelite doo-hickey thing that prints the credit card receipt. Pretty high tech! You guys really know your stuff. Last time you came, it was 7 years ago, so your work lasts a long time. I'm glad I called Precision. Make sure you always put a business card on the wall right next to the control on the wall. And make sure you don't over-schedule Brian when the Trailblazers are playing on T.V.!!

I was very happy with the service. The spring on my garage door broke. I called that evening around 5:00pm and the tech was at my house 9:15 the next morning. My door was about 40 years old and the tech showed me some worn parts that would eventually lead to problems. He suggested a door rebuild. I was really surprised at how much more quiet and smooth the door works now. The tech was professional and knowledgeable.
