We called late Friday night, and Nick came to fix our broken garage door spring Saturday afternoon. Nick was knowledgeable, personable, and prepared to make the repair. He worked quickly and kept us totally informed about what he found, what he needed to do, and what the expected outcome would be. When he finished repairing the spring he took the time to help us program a new garage door opener. We couldn’t’t be happier and will use this company again.

Hunter was terrific. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with my garage door which had stopped opening - a failed motor (20 years old). He was able to install the new motor, sensors, wall switch, and chain rail right away. He explained all elements and was very respectful and helpful in answering my questions.

Our garage door opener quit working in the early AM. Joe came out the same day, right on time, fixed the door in about an hour. I thought it would take a lot longer since it seemed like a pretty big repair/parts replacement, but he was quick and efficient. The door works better than it has since it was installed! I discovered a broken spring on my garage door in the morning and had both cars in the garage. I was unable to lift the door even after disengaging the drive motor. I was really in a bind and was hoping that nothing happened that would require me needing to use a vehicle. I figured it would take a couple of days to get the springs replaced. When I called Precision Door Service, the lady asked me if that same day between noon and 2p.m. would be alright. You bet was my answer. The two technicians did a quick but thorough replacement and thanked me for being a repeat customer.

Paul & Gary Very professional & helped me to understand my issues with my key pads. Changed out the LED lights back to incandescent because LED LIGHT Bulbs interferes with connecting to my key pads as well. I had no idea ???? light bulbs could be a problem. A new key pad and wire repair & reprogramming my remote & I am a happy customer!!!

I've used Precision in the past and was very happy with their service. They also have excellent ratings on Angies List. I called to set up a service appointment for a broken garage door. I was happily able to get an appointment the same day. I received a phone call when they were on their way. The two techs were very professional and pleasant. They inspected the door and determined the issues. They were very clear with the issues and gave me choices as to the level of service that I would like. The charge seemed appropriate for the parts that were replaced and the time that it took. I will definitely use them again in the future for any other issues and I will highly recommend them to others.

Travis was great. He went through all the options for repairing the door that just happen to break today. The spring broke, cable started to fray. One cable came off. I chose the option that fit the door and my needs at the moment. Learned a lot that I feel realtors should tell home owners, especially first time home owner as myself. Travis was efficient and fixed it fast. (Showed me too where it needs to be lubricated, I had no idea.)

Wow. What great service. Your two guys, Paul & Bo came earlier than schedule, found the source that was obstructing my door from going up and down . Then fixed it , checked everything out ...charged me what was stated out in front. Then on their way. They were friendly and knew what they were doing. We have had Precision several other times. When you find good people, you stick with them. Thank you.
