Hunter is a real gem. I wanted to get a garage door opener. Unfortunately, my garage is very old and there isn't enough room to install one. Hunter serviced my garage door and adjusted everything to make it easier to open. I highly recommend Precision. Thanks Hunter and office staff.

Ugh. Friday night and my garage door fails, with one car in, the other out. Seems as though the spring broke and, of course, the door is too heavy to lift manually. Called Precision Saturday morning, and not only can they be there in 2 hours but within another couple of hours, Joe has repaired the door, replaced the springs and upgraded my old, beater door opener. Precision's warranty treated us well....Thanks!

Very glad I used Precision for my garage door. Hunter was friendly and professional, and the new garage door opener is a major upgrade over my previous one. Highly recommended.

Precision Garage Door Service earned my 5 star rating by the way they handled the appointment and the actual service. Jesse took my call for an appointment and promptly made an appointment for the next day with the explanation that the diagnostic charge would be $49 and any service needed would be additional--very straight forward! Joe made the service call and notified me of his findings. He was very clear answering my questions and explaining how the sensors operate with the moter and the remote. After the repair I received another call confirming that everything was in working order. Very professional! Thank you!

We selected a Carriage House cedar door to replace an ordinary one painted the color of our house. Since the garage dominates the view of the house from the street, we felt like having a classy door would do more than anything else to improve the curb appeal. It worked - and the new door exceeds our wildest expectations. The staff at Precision recommended a painter to stain the door - Eric Hernanz. He did a beautiful job, carefully matching the color to the mahogany deck and fence. The installation was fast and efficient, and the door works perfectly. The only minor issue was a longer than expected delay in getting it all finished - apparently due to the shipping time from the manufacturer. But it was worth the wait. We highly recommend Precision for replacement doors.

These guys are AMAZING! Hunter just installed a new garage door opener this morning. Hunter came prepared with three options for a new opener. He didn’t pressure me to buy the most expensive option. He presented the options and went with the option I chose. He made fast work taking out the old opener and placing the new one! I highly recommend this company!

I used Precision for repairs on my garage door at my previous address so knew their work and reputation. Hunter is an excellent technician and extremely personable. He explained everything he did in detail and answered all my questions. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage repairs, rebuilding or a new garage door setup. Hunter checked everything and replaced the motor, springs, rollers and cables. Works like a dream and is no longer slow and noisy. What a pleasure that is.

Even though I bought my new garage doors from Precision a little over a year ago, they were nice enough to send someone out to tighten the handles, when they had come loose. Thank you!

Thank you for doing such a terrific job on our garage door and providing such friendly service! I'm so happy you were able to come the same day that I called and helped with a few extras -- moving the buttons and checking our other opener.

The Precision team was professional and prompt in getting a technician out within hours of my call. Hunter called when on his way, arrived in the promised time window, and was likewise very professional. His estimates were right on the mark, and the extras - tuning up the doors and re-tuning the door opener - were beyond my expectations. Very nice work!

the technician that came out was extremely helpful and had our problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He also advised us of a situation that would eventually become a problem and we asked him if he could take care of that while he was on site. (saving us a future house call) . He said he had the materials on hand and in short order the job was done. You can't ask for better service than that. I'm keeping his phone number handy.

We were concerned about the dependability and safety of our 29 year old garage door. We contacted Precision Door Service based on their business model and also that they were a family business. Nick arrived on time and immediately assessed our garage door. Based on his recommendation we choose to replace the door. What we most appreciated was that he presented different product options. We got a high quality door and opener that fit our budget. As he completed our order he made certain we were well informed about the items we purchased.

We couldn't be more happy with Precision. The entire staff was very professional, from the initial sales call through installation and follow up. It's always easy to make a big investment like this when you fully trust the team you're working with. After a couple of bad experiences with contractors, we thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire Precision team. And our house looks GREAT!
