An amazing company! Fantastic customer service. Same day service. Who does that anymore?! I called and two hours later Luke appeared to solve the problem. Brad came on time same day as my first call for a new garage door opener. Brad gave me a couple options and installed new opener and pad in a couple hours. He showed me how to use everything and to code optional remotes. Travis was learning and was a nice guy too! Very professional and I would for sure use Precision again! My new opener is so quiet and runs smooth!!

Luke did an outstanding job repairing not only our garage door operator/motor, but also the entire system. He replaced the chain gear and sprocket, then made some repairs to the door guide and mounting points. When he was done, the door was so quiet, I couldn't believe it was the same garage door opener. It has NEVER been this quiet, not even when we first moved into the home. He was punctual, and did the work in a timely manner, without rushing the work. You can tell he is very skilled and experienced in his field. I'm glad we chose Precision door service. After seeing their work, I now know there is a name I can rely on for any future needs.

I had used Precision Overhead Garage Door before at my former address. My daughters condo garage door needed a tune-up and I just happened to open Group-On (I had never used it before but was curious what it was about) and found a coupon for a door tune-up by Precision. I contacted Precision to find out how it worked and after she explained it to me I purchased the coupon and the technician (Hunter - a very wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable young man) came to the house and did a first class job at tuning up the door. He also explained other options to me if I wanted to do more than the coupon offered. I to update the coupon a little and wait for another time to do more. He was great to explain everything he had done and showed me anything I had questions about. The door is like new, but will do more later.
