The repair technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly solved the problem that created the issue with my door, and show me other issues with the door that may need to be repaired in the future. In addition to the repairs that were a result of the call, he also replaced the bearings.

When the spring on our double-size garage door broke recently, I was concerned about about reaching a repair service since it was after-hours. I left messages with a few local companies and to my surprise, not only did Precision return my call within 90 minutes, they apologized that it took that long! A spring had broken on our garage door and both vehicles were stuck in the garage. I needed to get to work and called Precision Garage Door because the were local and rated well. In less than 30 minutes Mike was at the door ready to help. Mike did say this was a little quicker than average response time; things just worked out. In another 45 minutes the garage door was working with matching heavy duty springs. He also updated the cables, wheels and pullies so I would not find myself in the situation again any time soon. It was money I had not planned to spend - but based on the level of service it was well spent. I will add that the door now makes less noise in operation than when it was new.

Stephen showed up right on time and worked with me as well as Genie in trying to fix my old opener. In the end , I decided to go with a new Liftmaster belt driven opener. Stephen performed this installation quickly and professionally and then helped with my squeaky garage door. I was very satisfied with the service.
