Del was very knowledgeable and did quality work. He came to replace the lower brackets, and talked me into getting new cables as well. He showed me where my existing cable on the left was starting to fray (which I missed) and identified why the bracket and cable were becoming worn. I put the Precision sticker he gave me over the one of the people who installed my garage door.

I wasn't surprised that I had an inferior garage door opener, but I was entirely satisfied that the Precision Door team knew what was best for me, provided an ideal solution to my problem, and did the work in a timely effective manner. I've always been a "middle-of-the-pack" consumer, but my technician convinced me that, though a lower-cost solution was an option, a higher priced package was going to be better for my needs. He did this without any pressure, and was extremely knowledgeable about my options (including their benefits and their drawbacks). I know my decision will mean I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY GARAGE DOOR, OR MY SAFETY AGAIN.

Not only did she offer to have someone out at eight o'clock the following morning, which I could not do, she was able to accommodate my schedule with no extra charge for weekend service. I have used your services twice now. I am still very impressed how quickly I was able to have our garage doors fixed. Repairs each time were done to my satisfaction. The serviceman both times was very professional and courteous. He did a complete door inspection, lubed several parts in addition to fixing the broken left spring. He also pointed out some of the weaker manufactured part that came with the original door and offered to replace these to avoid issues in the future which we gladly did. I would recommend your company to anyone and will gladly use your services myself again if needed.

Del was our tech. He phoned when he was going to be a tad late. He explained the process, teaching me how a garage door works. He was fast and efficient. He then told me what to look for in the future, should the door need further attention. He taught me how to lube it. He was awesome!

I would have given 5 stars except for the same day service did not apply to me. The spring broke the night before & I did not get the service until the morning after. It must have been a busy night. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends & will use them when it's time for a new garage door to be installed.

Your internet ad advertised repair and you listed a Tigard location. I needed my garage door repaired quickly. I E-mailed precision Sunday night and got a call back soon after I E-Mailed my problem. An appointment for the next morning was set up. The technician was more than capable and explained his services in detail.

I called Precision because we were having trouble with our garage door staying down. They sent out someone within a day of calling. Mike, the tech, explained what the problem was, why it was happening, and what was needed to fix the issue. He explained in terms anyone could understand and within an hour the issue was fixed. About a week later I thought the issue was still happening and Mike came out again to take a look at the problem and discovered we had a problem with one of our remotes. Mike again explained the problem with the remote and didn't charge a 2nd service fee. I would recommend Precision to anyone who has a problem with their garage door as they have excellent customer service and will go above and beyond to help.

Technician was personable, efficient, and readily explained the operation of the new door opener. He also removed and disposed the old door opener. We had used Precision some years ago for repair of the door opener and were pleased with the work and called again when we had this problem.
