The door looks great. The team came when expected, installed the door and opener and hauled away the 1964 original door. Now I have a new door and opener with remotes and sensors so no animals and grandchildren are injured. This company was excellent and answered all my questions when I asked them and gave me the information I needed.

I live in a Mountain Park condo which still had its slow, noisy 1970's garage door opener. On a Saturday afternoon, Precision's Bo and Gary were on site servicing a neighbor's door so I thought I'd ask a couple questions, maybe make an appointment to get an external keypad. My unit was too old (and out of code and unsafe!) for contemporary upgrades, but the guys had everything they needed on their van and the price was right, so BOOM! Less than 2 hours later I had a brand new, smooth, quiet, modern garage door opener with an external keypad. Bo and Gary were an absolute pleasure to deal with; professional, polite and informative, with zero high pressure. They answered all my questions, explained available options, quoted surprisingly fair prices and got the job DONE. I make my living in customer service, and could not be happier with my experience with Precision Door. All customer service should be this good.

Bo was timely, professional and explained each step of his analysis of our door problem. He patiently answered my many questions. After deciding on a course of work to remedy the situation, he stated it would take 2 - 3 hours. He completed in 1.5 hours and then, again patiently, explained the workings of our new installation. He explained all the various warranties and walked me through steps to make sure all of this worked properly. Very satisfactory repair visit.

My garage door would not close properly and even opened on its own once. The technician came out on the same day that I called (a Saturday), without charging me more and he was very friendly, helpful and professional. I was relieved to find out that it was just a problem with the sensors but he checked everything out just to make sure. Great job and I would highly recommend them!

Repair tech did not have experience with the exact model of opener and door that i currently own. he was prompt, polite, concerned and talked to his supervisor immediately. while he is unable to help with my specific problem he did get me a referral and did not charge me. my problem is not fixed, but if the fix is to replace the opwner por door, I will have Precision do the work. I have had many service calls for a multitude of issues. Precision does this right. they immediately confirmed my appointment, identified by name and photo the repairman and were timely.
