Super positive experience with prompt response on Sunday AM with called answered quickly and pleasant woman taking information and then Jonathan Hendricks was such a thorough and pleasant repair guy explaining all the details and even helping my neighbor with a new remote for his malfunctioning unit too. I am sold that this is the Les Schwab of the Garage Door business. 5 star plus!

Scheduled a service call with the dispatcher between 2 and 4pm Friday afternoon 11/20/15. Brad and Michael were at my home at 1:45pm, well ahead of schedule which I appreciated. They both introduced themselves to me and Michael quickly got to work on the door issue. One of the rollers was slipping off the track while the door is being opened. Michael ascertained the problem and promptly began repairing the track alignment. They were done in minutes and the door was opening and closing as it should. They both reminded me to occasionally keep the rollers, bearings, and spring lubricated. They even left me a spray can of the lubricant that they had brought. Finally, Brad prepared the service call receipt which I was able to sign and sent to my email address. Thank you, Brad and Michael for a great service call.

Precision serviced my garage door and installed a new opener and key pad in August. I called today as my key pad was not working, two hours later they replaced it at no charge. Both the receptionist and service representative were very courtious and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend PDS to friends and neighbors.

Had your company come out today for service on my garage door...it was John that came out...he called before he came which is always nice and said he could come early if that was ok and that was awesome!! He was here just when he said he was going to be.....diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and fixed it within 30 minutes. What a great guy....very good at what he does and very very nice. Serviceman Brad B. called ahead 15 minutes and arrived right on time. at 10am sharp.knowledgeable, knew his job, came for a tune-up, my remote did not work, he found a loose wire, changed out a light blub, repositioned the sensors, greased the track and door hinges. pleasant to talk with, excellent serviceman, I will ask for him next time I call for service. 6 stars for your company service and 6 stars for having a well trained serviceman employee. Came home from work on a Friday night and the garage door was not working. Called Precision and they had someone out to the house quickly! The person who worked on our door was so nice and did a wonderful job. He worked late into the evening to get the door working again. Amazing service! 5 stars!

Very professional. Colby was on time and explained everything before starting and pricing. We have used other companies but from now on will be using Precision. Pricing was fair in the market. I would say they are a 5 rating and especially coming out on Saturday with no extra charges.

We choose Precision because they advertised 24/7 service and are accredited with Better Business Bureau. I called Precision at midnight, and was given a time frame of 11am to 1pm for the next day (Saturday). At 11am two servicemen arrived, they replaced the overhead door spring and replaced the rollers as agreed, and they were done in less than an hour. My husband and I were very satisfied with the promptness and service Precision gave us and highly recommend to anyone.
