On time, quick and efficient. Hunter was punctual, respected social distance measures at all times and replaced springs, rollers, cables, back plate for my garage door. From first call to the company, to the completed work, the experience was seamless. He provided me multiple options on price, that I could choose from.

Called Precision Door late yesterday afternoon because door was missing a key bolt and was not operating properly. Precision was able to service my door first thing this morning! The technician, Hunter, had replaced the drive on my other door a year or so ago and had done a great job, so I was happy he was still on the job and showed up today to service my other door. He even checked the remotes and replaced a light bulb for me!!! Thank you to Precision Door and Hunter.

Very professional installation. Hunter did a great job identifying the problem and recommending a choice of solutions. And he was very aware of distancing and sterilization procedures. When our other opener wears out, we will most certainly call Precision.

Fantastic Company. This is the second time we used Precision and was equally pleased both times. Hunter was able to come out the same day we called. He was also able to preform the repairs on the same visit. He was very professional and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. We are very happy with the final product. The garage door is so quite and smooth now that you hardly know it is on.

Very happy with my service experience. Not only did they answer the phone promptly when I called, the service rep was at the house in under 20 minutes and fixed the issue right away. Precision installed the door in question and the minor issue was fixed under warranty. I would definitely recommend Precision for new doors or repairs. Very professional and friendly.

The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable, and quite fast in making the necessary repairs. The door now works better than it ever has before.

Highly recommend this company. My garage door was not closing properly. Hunter from Precision came out and spent more than hour fixing my door. He is such a nice young man, professional, explained what the issue was and discussed going forward the things I should be looking for to maintain proper door maintenance. Can't thank Hunter enough for his work, work ethics and generally a very nice individual all the way around. Thank you Hunter.
