Our technician, Jeffrey, called to say he was on his way, arrived promptly, introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. After his evaluation, he showed me what needed to be done and the cost. He worked hard and completed the job in good time.

We just moved into a new home when the garage door decided to stop opening, leaving our car stranded. Fortunately there was a sticker from Precision Door Service in the garage, so we called and got an immediate response. Yes, we could get service on a Sunday morning with no extra charge!! One of the springs on our garage door snapped at 5:30 PM Wednesday. I called Precision at 6:30 PM PM Wednesday and spoke with Melissa, who got me an appointment for 9-11 AM the next day. The phone call took 2 minutes. I received a phone call Thursday morning at 8:30 from the technician Jeffrey P-J saying he was on his way. He showed up at 8:50 AM. He did a complete safety inspection of the door and gave me a range of options for repair/replacement. We made our selection of a complete garage door opener overhaul. He said it would take approximately two hours. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes. He was polite, professional, and even took the time to chat with my kids. He left no mess and the door works perfectly. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and the quality is evident. This is the second time we've used Precision (first time was an unrelated sensor issue) and both experiences have been excellent. We won't go anywhere else for any future garage door needs.
