Our door hardware broke on a long Holiday weekend, no matter though - Precision was there within minutes for the repair. The tech was as good as it gets! Pleased is not enough to say about the quick repair service for a broken spring on a Labor day Sunday. Nicholas arrived within two hours after I found the door spring on my Clopay door had broken. I had a single spring system on a double door. I read online that a single spring is not recommended for a door that is that heavy (170#). Without mentioning that to Nicholas, he said the same thing. After this second failure in 15 years I agreed. He rebuilt the entire system with standard two springs and aligned everything also installed new quiet rollers. Super qualified installer that takes pride in his work. Much appreciated. Thanks!

I chose Precision Garage Door Service after talking to the google highest rated garage door service companies in the area. Precision is very highly rated with a lot of positive reviews, they were also the best price for the work that I thought I needed done. I called Precision at 11:45 am on Friday to schedule an appointment and the service technician arrived at my at 12:30 pm the same day. The technician was very friendly, informative and thorough. He was able to fix the door while he was there and took the time to educate me on preventative maintenance I could do to keep everything working properly and hopefully last longer. I highly recommend this company.

The Precision team replaced 2 Garage openers today for me with Lift master 87504 and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was expecting 3 to 4 hours of work and they finished in a little over two. I am eighty years old and use a walker. It was Sunday afternoon and my garage door was stuck in the open position. I called Precision and Nicholas arrived within half an hour. He cleaned off the laser eye, checked springs, rollars, lubrication. As we were reviewing the work. he heard the beeping of a smoke alarm,tracked it down and disarmed the worn out battery-which I will replace. Nicholas's went above and beyond standard service and I am so grateful.

Nicholas Alby was excellent - He explained the complete workings of my garage door, and then explained the reason(s) for the spring failure. He provided me a detailed estimate. he went to work and quickly and efficiently repaired our door and also took the time to adjust it. The door now opens and closes more quietly and smoothly than before. He cleaned up the repair area perfectly. A few hours later, Nicholas came by--super friendly, super efficient, and great about answering my questions. This is my second experience with Precision, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

3 stars because you responded quickly. The attendant was courteous and blamed my phone for the issue. The door often goes back up after coming down. We sweep as advised. This time the attendant found that there seemed to be be movement that could cause the problem. He attempted to fix it. He was in the truck about to leave and it went back up. Came back, also had fixed the clickers which will be helpful. Just frustrating. The door had worked then didn’t. Not the first time to have a tech come out.
