He is an avid gardner but also enjoys to travel out of the state when the opportunity presents itself. He is married and enjoys life at home with his wife, dog and cat. He follows his NFL favorite team the Eagles. Robert comes to Precision with a background in the service industry and enjoys the interraction he has with both customers and co-workers.

Of course the garage door breaks on a Sunday morning. Made an online appointment for the same day, and the tech was there is about 90 minutes. Springs were replaced, new key pad and additional remotes programmed within another 90 minutes. Robert was friendly and professional. Excellent experience!

Really great service. They were able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The technician was right on time and diagnosed my intermittent functioning garage door opener. It turned out to be the electronic panel in the opener box. The unit is 17 yrs old and yet they had a replacement panel right in the truck!
