We lucked-out as your business card was on our garage wall next ot the opener switches when we bought our home last October. The technician was excellent! Ten-minute warning call before showing up right on time, quality installation, complete clean-up, set-up all the functions on our new controller, consise "training" on how to use our new opener, and very polite - couldn't be better. The only way our experence could have been better - "You are our 1,000,000 customer - the opener and installation is FREE!!" OK, so I'm a dreamer................. I had a fantastic experience with Precision Door Service. The technicians were actually running ahead of schedule and gave a call to make sure it would be ok if they showed up early. The work was done quickly, and with great detail. The springs were replaced, the bearings were replaced, and a couple a ailing rollers were replaced for no extra charge. The best part is that all joints in the door were lubricated before they left, and our door has never been this quiet. All in all, I am very pleased with the experience, and I would certainly recommend Precision for any garrage door work.

This was a follow up visit following a rebuild in January. Fortunately they found just some loose wired which they quickly repaired. They were efficient and pleasant to deal with, especially since the work was covered under the warranty.

Precision took care of the Garage Door broken spring as part of an overhaul of both doors. Both doors were 26/27 years old and needed updating. We had them install a super quiet gargage door opener too. All work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. They cleaned up nicely and walked us through the operation of the door and the garage door opener. We may invite them back to install the other door opener too.

One of our torsion springs broke on Sunday morning. We contacted Precision and they arranged to have someone come and fix it the same day. Del did a nice job of explaining everthing to us and we are 100% satisfied with his work. Our garage door is quite and smooth now which is an improvement in addition to the repair.
