I called on Tuesday, technician (Travis) arrived as scheduled Wednesday morning, problem addressed by noon. Travis was prompt, courteous, and clearly spelled out my options, which didn’t all involve buying a whole new opener like another company insisted was my only choice. Very responsive, came quickly. Figured out why our garage door wouldn't close and fixed the problem even though the job took into the early evening to resolve. Luke made sure the new operating system worked with our car's wifi remote. We were grateful because now we can use our garage door again.
