Joe showed up exactly when he said he would. I described the problem to him. Within minutes we had a remedy, and the problem was quickly fixed. He also did a quick inspection of the garage door system, and made some recommendations that gave me options. It was quick, relatively inexpensive, and excellent service. I highly recommend Precision, and Joe in particular.

Luke did a fabulous job for us! He was very accommodating. Not only did he repair our broken spring, he also installed a new garage door opener that we had not put up yet, saving us the hassle of doing it. One of my springs broke on my 3 1/2 year old home. Eric was my technician. Eric was very respectful and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and then talked about options and cost. He not only installed the new springs, but he fixed the issues that came with a poorly installed door. He also added a handle to the garage in case I needed to open it manually. Then he helped me understand how to open the garage manually. He even gave me a garage door opener to replace the one my son took when he moved out.
