My Garage door attachment plate had pulled away from the door. I used Angie's list to find someone to repair the door. A different contractor called and I sent him pics of the damage. after seeing the pics and the type of door, he declined to help me. I called precision they set up a 2 hour window for me the next day. they arrived on time quickly accessed the damage gave me a quote and fixed my door. took about an hour. On time , professional, quick fix would Highly recommend. A new door would have cost me 3 to 4 times as much as the repair

My service technician arrived precisely on time and even called ahead to say his projected arrival time. I had requested a service to lubricate the moving parts on my door and as he did that, i was advised the status of the bearings and other parts. All was still in working condition at this time, and he showed me how to lubricate it myself in a year from now. I was very satisfied!

First time was a repair/adjustment on my door and replace a door opener; the second time was to install a door for my daughter (physical layout of garage required three possible scenarios which I needed to run by my daughter for her preference.) Both times, the (different) technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did his work professionally. I appreciate all costs being laid out for me with no pressure by either of them to 'upsell.'

You tech was courteous and explained everything about his estimate. I was surprised and disappointed that I was charged $$92.09 for an estimate. In today's environment, most respectable companies don't charge for an estimate. I had another company repair my door. 5 Star rating! Garage Door opener repair - new circuit board was purchased and installed. The technician was prompt, courteous and professional. I was very pleased that the service was so prompt after the phone call that was made that same morning. I chose Precision as my husband has used this service since 2003 and was always very satisfied with the work performed as well as the service. He had referred several people to Precision.

Gary came out to look at bent panel and was able to make adjustment to get the door operating. Dont know how long it will work, if it fails down the road, I will have to buy a new door. Gary did a great job explaining all the options.

All my expectations were met and we received excellent service from technician Luke. He arrived within the time frame expected and completed the installation of a new garage door opener within a very short time frame. Since the device he replaced was very old Luke took the time to explain how all the new bells and whistles worked on the new opener. Very happy with the product and can’t say enough about Luke’s good work.....I recommend precision and if he is available ask for Luke to do the work.

I called before noon and Chris arrived and repaired the garage door that afternoon. I had a good experience with Precision. I am pleased with the repair.
