Had never used your company before but but was drawn to you by TV commercials. Jason arrived within the 2 hour window I was given. He courteous and knowledgeable of my situation. Explained the repairs that should be made and suggested a new door opener along with the costs. I declined the new opener because of the cost. He made the other repairs and adjustments very quickly and left.

Mark came out to replace a panel that was damaged on a new garage door that had been installed. He was punctual (actually arrived a few minutes early), polite, professional and quickly completed the work. While I wasn't expecting it, he also serviced the door. Great job!!

I had called 2 others, but no one answered. I had a loud squeaking noise as the door moved up and down. Trey came on time and did a safety check and said the moving parts of the door were worn and needed to be replaced. He also checked the garage opener and said there was some wear on it, but I didn't want to replace it as it was newer than the door and rails. He was very professional and did a quick and good complete job. I'm very happy with the service and his knowledge. Now that's the way to run a business! I had a broken spring and could not raise my door. Googled to find a service and was lucky to call Precision. The technician, Joe, came to house and noticed the springs were previously installed by Precision. I knew I had them replaced about ten or so years ago, but couldn't recall, or find the paperwork. Joe made a couple phone calls and they found the information (installed 12 years ago) and instead of a several hundred dollar repair (which I was ready to pay) only charged me the well under $100 for the service call as the springs were warranted. I've now posted their business card right next to my opener. Will definitely call them again, or refer them to anyone that asks me. Thank you Joe!

They were able to get to our house quickly and get the repair done, even making improvements to the door and tracks that other companies had never done. The workmanship was excellent and efficient. We have used PrecisionDoor Service before and they always do and excellent job. Beau June arrived on time diagnosed the problems and explained what needed to be done to fix them: replaced the old garage door opener, replaced the springs, aligned the roller tracks, reset all remotes. He explained all the operational and Maintenance features fully. Amazing difference in the operation of the door. It is super quiet when opening and closing. Beau, good job well done.

Talk about red carpet service! I received help within 2 hours of my phone call! My keypad had stopped working and needed to be replaced. Colby did that and also did a full inspection. We decided to do some door maintenance as well, since he was here. Precision Door is the best company!

The technician, Matthew Bell, texted his ETA. Upon arrival he was friendly and professional and asking what the problem is. He then did his safety inspection and after explained what he found was wrong and what he had to do to fix it. He finished the repair a lot quicker than I expected.
