My garage door was stuck about a foot off the ground when Jason arrived. Even under the best circumstances the very heavy old wooden door has come down very noisily. For years. Jason spent 2 hours working on it until he corrected the roll perfectly and soundlessly with a new bearing plate. Thank you Jason.

Joe I. came out on a Saturday to help us with our garage door. He gave us an arrival window of between 8am - 10 am and arrived shortly after 8. He identified the problem with the and had it fixed in an hour. I would definitely recommend him if you need help with your garage door!

Excellent service. The Tech, David, observed immediately that Precision Door had previously serviced my door (maybe 15 years ago?) when the springs still had a lifetime warrantee. So he replaced the spring and lubed/adjusted my door and was all finished in about 30 minutes. I couldn't be more pleased.

Called Sat evening. Door wouldnt close at all. Couldn't get out til Monday. I advised operator that my door would be open for two nights and uncomfortable with that. She put me on hold, came back, could come out next day (Sunday). Business operator called back Sunday, employee ill, couldn't make it. Would come Monday. Called back 10 mins later, changed appt back to Sunday again betwn 12pm-2pm and waived service call of $95 for my inconvenience! Tech called when he was on the way. Showed up on time. Spent an hr repairing for a temp fix. Needed new door. Quoted price. Explained the problem. Door is now operable. Set appt for new door. Showed me how to lubricate the door. Great customer service from beginning to end. Repair/time/materials $225. I took some busn cards. Will be recommending this company to everyone! It's nice to know that exceptional customer service still exists! Awesome!!!

I could not be more thrilled with my new garage opener & service from Precision. Late yesterday, heard a weird boom and discovered my garage opener cables were now on the floor. Woke up stressing over this situation at 3am, and started googling for solutions. Saw that Precision answered the phones 24 hours a day and set up a same day afternoon appointment. Luke and Nick arrived right on schedule, checked out the issue and offered a couple of solutions after diagnosing my old opener was failing. They replaced it quickly with a terrific new, and very quiet system that added better lighting to my garage. All within 24 hours of me discovering the problem!

I had an opener installation with spring replacement and door repair. The technician was knowledgeable, and got the job done as described and in the amount of time he had estimated. He took the time to show me how everything worked and programmed the opener in my car. Overall we were very satisfied.

Never again! With the “Crash Door” notation of $500 and service call of $74.95 that amounts to $191.65 per hour for a 3 hour service call. it was Sunday ,but geez.I live in a 55 plus community of about 225 homes so I will post this bill on the community board with a notation of 3 hour service call and let people draw their own conclusions

Super impressed with the level of service provided by Joe and Precision! I used the online chat feature to schedule my appt which was so convenient; nice to not have to make a phone call! I was able to get in same day, and he even called to see if he could come earlier as he had finished his previous job ahead of schedule. He repaired my garage door within an hour, was courteous and professional, explained what it needed and how it worked, and went over various options for repairs. I will definitely call Precision for any future garage door needs and won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
