Percision door really wanted to help me solve the problem with my door vs sell me more stuff. After they installed the new spring, I was able to implement the rest of the things on my own to seal up the gap due to the crowning cement floor.

Wow! They’re not kidding when Precision Door claims same day service. The customer service is absolutely stellar!!! Both Luke and trainee were both on time and courteous. Completed inspection followed by a few service options and the cost for each. After choosing an option they both got started and in no time our garage door was repaired. Thanks!

Our garage door spring broke. So gave Precision a call. Lou was the scheduler and was able to set me up with a technician that afternoon. Tim, the technician called us to let us know he was on his way. After arriving, he discussed issue and went over options. Tim was great. He performed his work and got the door working again. Greased the rollers and hinges and recommended an annual checkup. He was very professional and didn't mind me watching him do his job. We've used Precision for all our garage door work and they've never disappointed us. Thanks again.
