We had Ted as our repair technician today, and he confirmed why we have trusted Precision to fix our garage doors throughout the years. He was honest and direct with what we needed to do to ensure we could continue to use our garage door as our front door. Admit it, you know the garage is the new front door. We appreciated Ted's approach and will continue to use Precision because of people like him. Thank you Ted!

Precision sent someone out quickly to come look at our garage door. Tim did an assessment of the problem, and then took his time to thoroughly explain each of the options for repair. He also took time to explain the mechanics of the door to help me understand the impacts of repair vs replacement. While I ultimately went with a repair on our garage door this time, Precision and Tim have earned our business for the future when we decide to replace the garage door opener.

I was told, by another company who came out to the house, that I needed a new garage door and that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery, before they could install it. I couldn’t wait that long, so I called Precision (after having read some reviews). My appointment was for the next morning. Andrew had my original garage door functioning smoothly and quietly in just over an hour. I chose to have my two overhead springs and broken cables replaced with a safer spring system installed on the wall, and replaced all ten rollers inside the original tracks. He also stabilized my wobbly tracks. Andrew was very professional and courteous. Awesome job!!! Very happy!!! I highly recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service!!!

Excellent service! Sean came out to provide an estimate to replace our damaged garage door. Courteous, very knowledgeable, and efficient, he did some measurement, showed some style choices, and gave some recommendations. He stepped out to his car, and 10 min later came back with an estimate. He even stayed to do a quick repair so we can use the door before our new ones arrive. We will be moving ahead with the purchase.

I trust Precision Garage as they have been are go to firm when we moved in 16 yrs ago. Called a few times over the yrs & taken care of nicely. I like there new s/up when u call they then advise you via email who will be the tech & a picture etc. Today the tech helped greatly, after 16 yrs the overhead door system was fried as of yesterday & I knew something was wrong big time. Now I have a new updated garage door system & super pleased all in one day, cost effective & very helpful with a great resolution! Had to be done & promptly!
