I scheduled tune ups on my 3 doors using the online scheduler. Was able to get a next day appt. Colby was great. He evaluated our door seals and determined why they were squealing and progressively getting worse even after I had lubricated the hinges and rollers. Very professional and friendly and no pressure, just options.

We have used Precision for a number of years. Promp, professional and fairly priced. As with our previous interactions with Percision Luke, the technician, arrived asked questions relating our issues with the garage door. Diagnosed and located the problems and gave us several options to address our needs. Completed the job fast and efficiently. Plus he was very friendly and easy to talk to. If you have a garage door issue I highly recommend them to resolve them.

The tech was very prompt in arrival after calling. Dom was very helpful in explaining the problems with the door after examining all parts of the door and motor. He was very professional and did a wonderful job of installing a new motor, and in explaining how everything works. I was very pleased with everything.

I am very pleased with "precision" from start to finish. David the tech called me with a courtesy call prior to the end of the schedule window to explain he was held back on the previous job and would give me another call when he was on his way, in which he did and gave me a really close estimate as to when he would arrive. Once he arrived I explained what I wanted to have done, Then after he looked at the unit he told me everything I needed to know. I will be calling you folks again if I ever need garage work done. Thanks you again

Hayden came out today to do an assessment on our garage doors and the the LiftMaster openers. He did a 10-15 minute review gave me detailed feedback and suggestions and what to consider with each option. Very easy to work with, very clear in his recommendations. We decided to replace both LiftMasters he finished the work in three hours helped us sync them with our cars and reviewed all the new features. We have used a ton of service people but Hayden was the best for all the reasons I mentioned above. So I highly recommend Hayden and Precision Door Service!

I have used Percision at all my homes and have always been more than satisfied with the service. This visit fixed a broken spring and cables on a very old system. They got it up and running like new. The tech was efficient and offered to inspect the other door system also.

Very quick & efficient website for booking an appointment—took just a few minutes. Technician Bryan called in advance, arrived early in the 3 hour window, and was very pleasant and professional. Bryan provided a thorough review of our 2-door garage door issues & a comprehensive phased plan for bringing them up to modern working condition —phased so we could get the most important things fixed first. We Definitely would recommend Precision — thanks to Bryan for a super service call!
