The spring on my garage door broke suddenly, late one evening. I called Precision Door Service early the following morning and they were able to schedule service to replace the spring right away. Joe, the technician, called ahead to tell me he would arrive at about 9:00 am and was there right on time. I knew the costs up front and Joe was extremely polite and explained everything that needed to be done. I had done business with Precision 17 years previously and had been happy with the service then and I wasn't disappointed this time either.

Paul L. came to our house yesterday with the original scope of work to fix a broken garage door opener. After working through the original fix, another problem presented itself that rendered the opener not worth fixing. Paul was excellent in figuring out a solution for a new garage door opener that was within our budget. He did an amazing job putting in the time above and beyond to make sure we were happy clients. Called on Sunday expecting to get a recorded message on their hours of operation when a live person answered the phone. She offered services on Sunday with no surcharge for weekends or emergencies. Within 3 hours of my call, the garage door was repaired to my satisfaction. The work was performed by Paul who was very efficient, knowledgeable, and very personable. I received outstanding services as I have in the past and for that reason, I continue to use the services of Precision Door

Absolutely a 5 star business! We could not open our garage door on Sunday morning in the middle of Memorial Day weekend. Who to call? We found Precision's fantastic web page and called. Our call was answered by a live person and we were scheduled for a service call the same day. Amazing for a holiday weekend! A short time later the repairman called to inform us he was on his way. Our garage door was evaluated, we were given an explanation of the repair needed along with some suggested maintenance items. Our garage door was back in full operation by mid afternoon. From beginning to end we were very pleased with our decision to call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Fabulous customer service and excellent professional work! We highly recommend this business!

I had a broken door hinge to be replaced. Brad, the technician who arrived was very knowledgeable and professional and replaced not only the broken part but also investigated and diagnosed and fixed the root problem with the door installation that was causing the stress on the hinge in the first place. Really great job!

The reviews are legit, my garage door was broken on the weekend, a rep showed very quickly that day, was professional, reasonable prices, install went smooth. Called them back out a few years later when Garage door opener acted up, again quick, professional and not an unreasonable price.

My brother saw your truck in his neighborhood and told me to call for an estimate. I had already called one company but called Precision to get a comparison. Precision was much less for the service visit and the technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me lots of pointers and fixed several things, including that awful screechy noise. Called and had a technician between couple of hours. The technician Nick was amiable, explained I was having an issue with a vibration on the chain of the garage door opener. He checked all the components (door and opener) and adjusted the chain and lubricated all movable parts and went. Good service, good people.

Outstanding service! I hit the garage door track with my car, so I was feeling a bit chagrined (polite word). Precision had a tech to the house within 3 hours of my call. He fixed it promptly & with good humor. Charge was 1/2 to 1/4 of what I’d expected. What’s not to love?
