A real review from a real customer. Used Pricision this Saturday, a garage door spring broke and we could not get our cars out. Trapped. Called and a technician arrived at the house about 2 hours later, we felt that was pretty responsive for an emergency call. Travis our technician was very professional and really knew his stuff. He even got us a discount on a part which saved us quite a bit of money. He went beyond the expectation to make sure we were satisfied with the repair. I highly recommend this company.

Great turnaround time with service on Saturday. The tech called just before arriving within the time window promised. Very professional tech, Jon, completed the job even faster than he estimated. Price was a little high compared to last time we had door springs replaced. Overall very satisfied.

Very timely, provided a range of options for fixing the problem. One issue with the travel adjustments required him to come back the next day, so I can't give 5 stars. :( But the overall experience was very good, and the new garage door opener works great.

Thank you for coming to fix the Garage Door opener. Since the garage door was installed last year we have had to have it worked on twice. When the weather gets cold it hasn't worked. I would expect that the warranty begins again with this new install for both doors since it has not worked consistently since it was installed new just a year ago. My concern is that this will continue to happen again next year. I do appreciate the service but would expect a new garage to work perfectly for more than a year without needing service.

I would give Precision a 5-star rating if the price would have been more reasonable. I was given an estimate over the phone by Ponderosa Garage Doors for $450. Precision was almost double the price. The only reason I went with Precision was the lifetime warranty. Ponderosa's warranty was something like 2-3 years. Precision did excellent work, and the garage door works perfectly now. It's nice to know I won't have that to worry about any longer.

We were very happy with the service we received from Precision. The installers showed up on time (actually a little early) and were very efficient and professional. We had an issue with the garage doors closing properly (due to the age of our openers) and Precision came back out the next day (Sunday) to help fix the problem. I would definitely recommend Precision.

I had a broken torque master system. Precision came within 24 hours to assess the damage. No repair option but recommended two options to replace: 1) Lifetime warranty $699 2) 3 year warranty $350. Victor was pleasant and did not get defensive at my astonishment at the repair bid prices. I went with the lower priced option which was obviously better in all physical characteristics than the original one it replaced. I'm pleased with what I got.

Accommodation for our emergency (car stuck in garage) was perfect, we lost little time due to our broken spring. Installation of new equipment was top notch, work required was expertly done. The only downsides was that we were not informed prior to the work/estimate that we would have been eligible for a 3yr warranty for just a few bucks more. The previous service call put the door sensors in incorrectly and we were charged to have them properly installed.

Precision was very responsive to my request for service. Brad (the technician) did a great job of explaining the problem and his proposed solution. He replaced our opener with a new belt drive system and the result was better than expected.

Technician arrived on time, explained his work clearly.He was comfortable with me observing his work and gave respectful concrete answers to my questions. He set up the door opener so the remotes all worked the first time,as well as showing me how each worked including the door number pad.He also realigned the previous opener as it was not centered correctly..The opener is so nice and quiet as well as moving very smoothly..The exterior looks nice ,would have appreciated a little more caulking on the framing to have a smooth surface before I painted. Otherwise did an excellent job..

My old garage door died of old age, it's time had come. I needed help. The new steel door was installed quickly, & efficiently. The tech was terrific. My only issue is that the new door has a sharper closing curve that is not as fluid as the old door. It just doesn't flow like the old one.

We first called Precision for a quote and although they were professional/knowledgeable they did not force us into a decision that day. We were able to make a decision and get the work done a few months later. They had kept all of their notes and did our work in less time than the original quote. We would highly recommend Precision.
