My home warranty company took five days to get a service provider to me and I was told my share would be $1500 for a spring system replacement and they had to order one. I called Precision and someone came out the same day to replace spring at about half the price.

I would like to start with the reason for a 4 star. In reality they got a 5. But I was taught always leave room for improvement and reach for the stars so to speak lol. But really5. Scott and Ryan were superior service. Very polite. They explained everything very well. :). They didn't seem like people just about the money. They seemed to enjoy helping others. I feel like people often put aside reviews wether it's just put aside or forgot,time restrictions or just pure laziness... I mean let's be serious. ;) but they were worth it. Thanks always Vernholm family.

Joe did a good job of quickly analyzing the problem with the door. He replaced the small part to allow the opener to work again and fixed one of the loose rollers on the side. Then we discussed options for new door since mine is a 1985 wood door with original hardware. Joe provided me with a variety of options for improvement of the existing garage door or the option of getting a new garage door. I have selected a new door to be installed in the near future.

After some confusion with scheduling, we finally got confirmation someone would be out same day. Brandon was incredibly friendly and prompt. The work was completed before I even thought he had really started. I’m pleased to know my garage door will be good for another few years.

Very thorough inspection of the garage door opener. Found the side rails needed to be moved to allow the door to move smoother which put less strain on the motor.

Tech was great! Very knowledgable and efficient and fixed the problem well. Pricing seems pretty high. No parts were required and it was $199 for 30 mins of labor on top of the service charge. So $400 / hour cost for labor seems high but that is the only negative.

We had an issue with our new garage door installation. Our garage has low clearance so it was not a typical installation. Our issue was that one of the rollers left the track frequently. The first tech who came out didn't solve the problem. I called in again and they scheduled a senior tech to come take a look. CJ showed up and took a *lot* of time analyzing the problem and got everything squared away. 5 stars for CJ but only 4 overall since there was an initial issue that wasn't resolved with the first follow up. Having said that, I would recommend this company.

Overall a good experience. They replaced my broken spring. The repairman was professional, courteous, and finished in a timely manner. Only complaint is the price seemed a little high, $350 for two springs. And that was with a $100 discount!

The tech said a credit card was easier, and said he would email me a receipt, but I have not received it. He did a repair, installed a key pad and surge suppressor. I also purchased another car remote from him. If he could please send a receipt for the purchase of these items, the 5 star rating would apply. Thank you, and Merry Christmas!

Initially, I would have given the company 0 stars because they had my address and phone number mixed up with someone else which didn’t get fixed until after the second no-show. However, once that was finally worked out, Tim came out and did an absolutely fabulous job replacing the mechanism and doing a lot of little touches that make the door almost silent when it opens! He was so friendly and explained everything to me. I am VERY pleased with the result! I think that the initial mix-up was probably a rare fluke.

Did a google search and found a company with good P/R... had a comment on website "garage doors don't break during normal working hours". And they proved that garage doors DO get repaired during off hours, and within 4 hours.

The quote I got from the 24/7 support service was less than half of what the actual fee was. The tech was very nice and knowledgeable and provided great service, but I felt stuck having to choose between 3 options that were all more than double the quote from the call taker. I’m sure I got a good product but it did not feel like a truthful disclosure.
