Curtis was out to the house within a couple hours on the same day of my call to the Precision office. He did an expedient assessment, and provided the options for repairs/replacement. He had a new spring assembly installed to replace the original one that had broken after 20+ years, and was able to put a sturdy re-attachment in place for the original one that the automatic opener had ripped ripped away from the garage door when I had tried to use the powered opener without the supporting lift spring assembly. Just wish I had called days before, when problems first surfaced. Very pleasant experience from a technician who knew what he was doing. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision for your garage door repair needs.

A friend recommended Precision. When I called after 7:00 PM, I was greeted in a courteous way. I called back to get clarification and was greeted again with respect. The repairman arrived the next day and quickly helped explain how the door actually operated and gave some reasons why the problem happened including some ways to fix it correctly. Some good preventive service was recommended and I accepted.

Precision Door Service was excellent. All my expectations were met, they were prompt, prices were good and the work was tops. The service tech curtis was awesome, he was very friendly, explained what he did and show us how to operator the new system. Last but not least he cleaned up after he was done with the work. Curtis came out and worked through the inspection after explaining the process to us. After the inspection, he went through his recommendations along with the associated safety concerns and risks as well as what he had found that was in good working order. After going through the costs, he immediately began work and was done very quickly considering all of the parts that were changed out (which were all on his truck). I plan on using them going forward for all of our garage door needs.
