He is an animal lover and owns a 5 year old dog named BEAR who often rides along with Luke to service calls. Luke's favorite part about the job is seeing a customer's reaction on a job well done!

Our garage door broke and the door couldn't be opened with our car stuck inside. Precision was incredibly responsive. Their technician was able to come out the same day (on a weekend!) to complete the repair and tune up a few other things that were out of true in our old door. Very courteous and professional service. The door works better and quieter now than it ever has. Top marks for these folks.

Excellent service. I called at 10 am. Luke, the technician, arrived by 11:40. Two new motors installed for my garage doors. Luke finished by 1:40 pm. I never dreamed when I called I would get same day service. Luke was the best. Very professional.

Found Precision through a Google search and after comparing prices and reviews I decided to go with them. Glad I did. I needed a torsion spring replaced and an upgrade on a garage door opener. I had a problem with my garage door that it was coming apart from the door itself and the arm from the opener. Luke came out at 11 am as scheduled and accessed the situation. An amazing company! Fantastic customer service. Same day service. Who does that anymore?! I called and two hours later Luke appeared to solve the problem. Unfortunately, due to me, I had to have them come the next day to repair the problem. Travis, you're a miracle worker! Luke did an outstanding job repairing not only our garage door operator/motor, but also the entire system. He replaced the chain gear and sprocket, then made some repairs to the door guide and mounting points. When he was done, the door was so quiet, I couldn't believe it was the same garage door opener. It has NEVER been this quiet, not even when we first moved into the home. He was punctual, and did the work in a timely manner, without rushing the work. You can tell he is very skilled and experienced in his field. I'm glad we chose Precision door service. After seeing their work, I now know there is a name I can rely on for any future needs.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received by Precision. I came home to a broken spring which wouldn’t allow my door to open. Called Precision and they came out the same day and kept in contact about arrival time of the technician. Luke Dials was the tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He inspected the door, etc and laid out my options. He then made all the repairs in a very efficient and timely manner.
