Raised in Hillsboro Oregon, Luke enjoys spending time outdoors and hiking in the great NW. He also enjoys working on cars and in particular builiding an off road 4-runner. He is an animal lover and owns a 5 year old dog named BEAR who often rides along with Luke to service calls. Luke's favorite part about the job is seeing a customer's reaction on a job well done!

Luke was exceptional. He came the same day I called (he was a little delayed, but called to let me know), he assessed our needs and did the installation of a new garage door opener and updated our running hardware on the spot. He had almost everything we needed on his truck. He needed a few extra parts, and one of his colleagues came by to drop them off. Everything was done in a matter of hours on the same day as the initial call. I'm sure I could have gotten a cheaper price, but the service and timeliness were worth it. And Luke is a very affable and capable guy. I would definitely use these folks again.

Our garage door broke and the door couldn't be opened with our car stuck inside. Precision was incredibly responsive. Their technician was able to come out the same day (on a weekend!) to complete the repair and tune up a few other things that were out of true in our old door. Very courteous and professional service. The door works better and quieter now than it ever has. Top marks for these folks.

Excellent service. I called at 10 am. Luke, the technician, arrived by 11:40. Two new motors installed for my garage doors. Luke finished by 1:40 pm. I never dreamed when I called I would get same day service. Luke was the best. Very professional.

I had a problem with my garage door that it was coming apart from the door itself and the arm from the opener. Luke came out at 11 am as scheduled and accessed the situation. Luke did a fabulous job for us! He was very accommodating. Not only did he repair our broken spring, he also installed a new garage door opener that we had not put up yet, saving us the hassle of doing it. After the “tuneup” that he gave our 47 year old door, it works just like new. We are very satisfied with the work performed by Precision Door.
